Recently had what I thought were better cameras installed but after a few weeks I'm questioning…read morethat. 1 camera needs to be adjusted because the built in lights are too close to the wall and aren't lighting up the monitored area. 1 camera shows the yard/grass to be a different color than the other 4 cameras. 2 cameras aren't lighting up the monitored areas where they are positioned. There's a yard light on the corner but it's at least 40 feet from either of these cameras. The HD clarity is suspect on all 5 cameras. I can't really see details unless what I'm viewing is less than 15 feet from the cameras.

I own a gas station and was a customer with Central System since Oct 2000 until they decided not to match price with Guardian Security for a new smart alarm system at $39.99 a month. Central System wanted to charge me $54.99 a month for the same equipment and service so I cancelled my service with them and the next day the owner sent his guy down and tear off the security panel on my wall and left a big hole on my wall and then the technician proceed to removed all door sensors as well as motion sensors and to make matter worse he then cut the power cord to my magnetic lock to my front door which I paid Central System $1300 for the lock and installation back in Nov of 2000. In short, if you are in need of a new smart alarm system, go with ADT, Guardian Security or somebody else besides Central System. I was a customer with Central System for 17 years and I was not appreciated. I did not ask for much, just a price match with other company.
