They cleaned all of our floors, kitchen, bathrooms, and three bedrooms, plus our stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, baseboards, blinds, and windows. They were incredibly thorough and paid attention to all the little details that are so easy to overlook. Our house looks and feels so fresh and clean, and it was such a relief having everything done so well. We are extremely happy with the results and would absolutely recommend Happy Cleans to anyone looking for a thorough, reliable deep cleaning service. We will definitely be using them again!

Horrible communication! Horrible business practices! Glad I dodged a bullet, and we'll be finding someone else.

I normally don't leave negative reviews, but as a business owner your identity and reputation…read moreshould be your most protected asset. Not lies and deception and that's what I got from Yahir. A broken promise and lies about his ability to help, which is fine, but he gave me a commit that he broke. It's one thing to say you can't do something, but to not respond, and just say no, is the reason for this negative review. There are not many cleaning companies in Pauls Valley, so this review may fall on deaf ears, he may be the only player in town. But if you can find someone on your bench, more dependable that Yahir, please check. This outfit is a joke! Sad you have to give one star when some companies do absolutely NOTHING!

So many areas that were routinely missed before are now being done. I noticed after them cleaning yesterday that they even wiped down/cleaned areas in the WIC, even on top of the mini fridge which is covered with picture frames, this area was never touched before! The walk in shower is TWICE as clean as it has ever been in years. Tressie and Wesley have to be the most pleasant and polite house cleaners I've ever met in my 60 years of life and Jen in the office is just the sweetest and sooooo easy to work with! The cleaning staff are uniformed, clean, polite, courteous and super efficient. Jen in the office has never done anything but go above and beyond to keep us happy. Lisa is the owner but most of my contact is with Jen and she's going to try to make you happy, no matter what. Highly recommend this company.
