Recently had what I thought were better cameras installed but after a few weeks I'm questioning…read morethat. 1 camera needs to be adjusted because the built in lights are too close to the wall and aren't lighting up the monitored area. 1 camera shows the yard/grass to be a different color than the other 4 cameras. 2 cameras aren't lighting up the monitored areas where they are positioned. There's a yard light on the corner but it's at least 40 feet from either of these cameras. The HD clarity is suspect on all 5 cameras. I can't really see details unless what I'm viewing is less than 15 feet from the cameras.

We called several times since and was told tech will be here before 4PM. 4PM rolled in and still nothing and again no communication from them at all. We just cancelled as this is very unprofessional as we have wasted a whole day waiting around and trusting them when we could've call other companies that would honor their promise to their customers.

Actively keeping my account open so he can hit his quota then offered to pay us on cashapp/venmo. CROOKED. Stay away from this place. It is a nightmare to even interact with a human with this company because they ignore what you say and just read through a script like a bot. I had to talk on the phone for almost two hours to two different people in order to cancel my service. Even after going through that whole process, they made me wait thirty days to "process the cancellation request" and they were able to charge me for one full additional month of "service", after I cancelled, at the full monthly rate, which they described as "pro-rated". I regret ever wasting time or money doing business with this company and do not recommend them on my worst enemies. That's not even to mention their crappy equipment that constantly triggers false alarms. They were so insistent on offering me free upgraded equipment to get me to stay that they refused to listen to my repeated request to cancel service immediately. They told me that I agreed to the 30 day wait between my cancellation request until it actually happened but I, as the customer, was given zero other options. When I called to get basic information, I was met with professional, attentive responses and a great attitude for wanting to ensure satisfaction.
