I found out a week ago from a customer service rep that they have not been able to pick up any monitoring at the clinic. Therefore, if anyone broke into my clinic they would not be able to pick up the break in....!!!! So what exactly have I been paying for and how long have they not been able to monitor my clinic??? She informed me that they need a month notice to cancel my account which means I would have to pay for June. WHY SHOULD I HAVE TO PAY FOR JUNE WHEN THEY ARE NOT PICKING UP ANY MONITORING AT THE CLINIC AT ALL. Does this make any sense at all. I have owned my clinic since 1995. I work hard for my money.
