Security options have more features and choices for today's market with options competitive or better with the larger national chains. When I called to get basic information, I was met with professional, attentive responses and a great attitude for wanting to ensure satisfaction. I was able to get my questions answered in a timely manner along with leaving confident about the information I received. I would recommend using a locally owned company knowing that they're going to be able to monitor and service any issues quickly. The owner is knowledgeable and some one I would trust with the security of my family.

I was amazed at his professionalism, skill in a neat and clean installation and he even troubleshot and resolved a Spectrum cable TV problem for me. I chose UR Wiring Guy because he specializes in wiring installations that 'look like they were there since they built the house' - and he live up to his tagline. He also provides services for security cameras, home theater installations, voice communications, TV installations, etc. Gary is the type of service provider I value working with as he exceeded my expectations in all respects. Prompt, fairly priced and very professional. Highly recommended.

After considering a wireless option and finding no clear line of site that wasn't blocked by a tree I knew I would have to run a wire. After 15 years in the computer industry all I can say is what an amazing professional job by a great team! Thank you!

I strongly suggest that you read every review on here before choosing to do business with this…read morecompany. It is a nightmare to even interact with a human with this company because they ignore what you say and just read through a script like a bot. I had to talk on the phone for almost two hours to two different people in order to cancel my service. Even after going through that whole process, they made me wait thirty days to "process the cancellation request" and they were able to charge me for one full additional month of "service", after I cancelled, at the full monthly rate, which they described as "pro-rated". I regret ever wasting time or money doing business with this company and do not recommend them on my worst enemies. That's not even to mention their crappy equipment that constantly triggers false alarms. They were so insistent on offering me free upgraded equipment to get me to stay that they refused to listen to my repeated request to cancel service immediately. They told me that I agreed to the 30 day wait between my cancellation request until it actually happened but I, as the customer, was given zero other options. Words do not describe how frustrating it is to deal with this company. The foreigner on the was very smug and eager to ignore everything that I was saying as well. I hate this company.

Then was told they scheduled a "uninstall appointment" and I needed to tell the tech that we had no equipment? Btw they put this on your credit which is why we backed out. The salesman calls us and tell us he's so close to winning a competition and trying to force us to keep our account. Actively keeping my account open so he can hit his quota then offered to pay us on cashapp/venmo. CROOKED. Stay away from this place. Now I'm fighting to get this off my credit when we never got service or equipment.
