So, I called 10 minutes before the UPS store closed & they answered the phone right away. They were very nice and told me the notary public would be back at 9am the next morning. I pulled up at 10am on Saturday. Walked in and was immediately greeted. Waited just a moment for the nice lady to finish with her customer. I was in and out with my notarized document in about 15 minutes total. PS - go early. There's no appointments for Notary and call & check her schedule. She (the notary public) told me Saturday's are very busy. As she was helping me - 2 more folks came in seeking notarizations.

I never get good vibes from the guy sitting at the front desk. Disappointing because he is the first point of contact. But i pray for you brother that God keep working on you. Bless your heart. I been here like 4-5 times for either notary or Live Scans purposes. The customer service is a 1/2. No acknowledging customers and headphones on every time i visit this place. The price value for the service is decent and fair. It's the customer service part that made me want to actually right a review and take my business elsewhere. Won't be visiting this place anymore.

Years on we have had minor problems but not enough to complain about. Truth to tell, all I remember was that there was a problem, not what it was. Then today. A delivery of flowers from my son and his wife to my ill wife. Without that call, above what you would expect would be dead flowers. There have been a few other odds and ends of exceptional care. Highly recommend.

I recently moved to the area and stopped by this UPS location to ship a package internationally (US…read moreTerritory) to my family, something I've done through UPS many times in the past without any issues. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. An older woman employee wearing a blue shirt, who may have been the manager, told me that they do not ship internationally from this location. The interaction came across as dismissive, rude, and I felt as though my questions and business were treated more like an inconvenience than an opportunity to help a customer. If this location truly does not offer international shipping, I completely understand. However, I believe there is a more courteous and professional way to communicate that information. As a new customer in the area, I left feeling unwelcome and disappointed by the level of customer service I received. I will definitely not be returning at all to this location. I hope this feedback encourages a greater focus on providing friendly, respectful service to everyone who walks through the door.
