But I came here on Monday 01/05/2026 to drop off an Amazon return. There was line, but the staff were assisting customers quite efficiently, one was scanning on the counter, a couple of staff were packing or sorting packages at the back, and another staff by the return/scan kiosk. The kiosk is supposed to be a self drop off, but I'm glad there is a person there, readily able to help if you have questions. It was easy, I scanned the code, it printed out a new label and stick it on the box, just making sure to cover the old one. I was out in no time! I hope they keep it efficient and pleasant.
