I was passing PSA a couple weeks ago and on a whim stopped in to see if they said the same thing. After I explained what had happened, Dave gave me some alternatives and told me how to fix a couple things myself and saved me a lot of money I couldn't afford to pay out. He is doing the major repair on my truck now at a very large savings to me over all of the mechanics that were "positive" they were giving me the best price available and I am so confident in him I don't even need to wait for my truck to tell you how awesome a job he is doing! They had it for almost 3 weeks and said they kept getting bad parts and that's why it wouldn't start. So I dug deeper into this shop and found out they had NO experience in diesel repairs at all. So I called them and told them I was going to pick my truck up in 2 days. I got smarter and research a round for a diesel mechanic and kept hearing about Rugged Diesel Repair. Everyone I talked to Had nothing but praises for Joe and his team. Called Joe and he was backed for up a week, but would look at it and give me a quote. He also does a full inspection on new customer trucks, which was excellent since I have an older truck and don't know what need attention today or the near future. I needed a injection pump and he also recommended a FASS fuel system which he installed and tuned it perfectly. During his inspection he gave me an intense list which I felt like I needed to sit down. But he put me at ease by telling me this is normal for a old truck and he narrowed it down to what needed to be addressed now and what can wait. He also was so professional and probably one of the best shops I ever experienced. He spend about a 1/2 hour walking me through everything on my truck and what to look for. I highly recommend this shop and will be bringing my dodge ram back for some more work.
