The inspector did a thorough inspection of our entire home take took about hour and half and pointed out issues and concerns along the way. He then went over a strategy of areas to test, and costs and ultimately we reached a budget that made sense and we agreed with. In less than a week we heard back with testing results and an e-mailed report that we took to remediation company which they used to clean up our home and bring back to normal. They also helped attack the source of our mold problem (leak behind washing machine and issue with air conditioner) so that the problem goes and stays away. We've never hired a mold inspection company before, but found this company to be very professional and extremely knowledgeable. During the inspection and on the call to go over results, we learned a lot of helpful information and definitely feel the service provided here was valuable.
