She showed me the tint displays and explained the different options/coatings available. I needed some hand holding, so we went in the parking lot and she pointed out the cars and what percentage tint each had--this was extremely helpful and made it really clear as to what to expect. They have pricing clearly displayed. They had quick availability for scheduling, but since it was close to the end of the day, they offered to put everyone on the job and get it done for me same day (took about 45 minutes but 3 of them were working together). They invite you back for any air bubbles that haven't resolved within a week--I had one and it dried out and went away within two days--part of the cutting process. Also, they put a sticker over your window buttons because you cannot roll them down for 3-5 days after the install--no drive throughs allowed, haha!

Literally got me in the next day although they offered same day tinting. Arrived at 10:14 (my apt was at 10 oopsie!) and I was out the door at 10:55 NICE!!! The waiting room was well kept and had plenty of seats the filled up pretty fast but I can see why - they're so quick They offered 3 different types of vehicle tint in 5 different types of shade for the (middle option) ceramic I chose - blocks out majority of heat and UV which is definitely what we want here in Virginia. The staff was professional but casual, vibe was great, all business - Carlos walked me through the options since I couldn't really hear him on the phone he walked me through them AGAIN when I got there & explained the laws as well as what would best fit for my needs (which is a breast feeding mama in the back seat or pumping while at work!) The cost was about right down the middle from the quotes I'd called around for but no one could get me in faster so I thought Ohkay worth it - they charged me $320 for 20% front and back ceramic tint and the second I got in my F150 I could feel a HUGE difference from the factory tint I had before. Much darker (baby's going to be happy about that) and way cooler in this hot summer. Gave us a 20% coupon on our way out and we will absolutely be using that on my husbands RAV! I scheduled an appointment online to tint my two front windows and had to leave a deposit to secure the appointment. That was fine because the $30 deposit was applied toward the cost of the tint work. We arrived a little early, and they were able to fit us in right away. The work was completed much faster than expected. After letting the tint cure for a week, I noticed a small issue with one of the windows. Paul told me to bring it by the shop, and he fixed it without any hassle. This is the second car I've brought to Paul and his shop in the last five years, and I'll continue coming back and recommending them to others. I did have someone walk in without an appointment and they were able to give them a timeframe and begin working on their car shortly. I picked one of the darker films because we prefer to filter all that sun light and also want a break from the heat. Chris was able to answer all my questions and didn't try to sell me on anything, he just explained what they do and let me decide on my own. Next we went around measuring all those windows. Price was a concern as we have just purchased this house and don't have alot of surplus money laying around so I eventually settled on just starting with the upper level to try and equalize the heat situation. Chris called the office and scheduled our install for the upcoming Monday. The order sheet is easy to read and understand, no hidden fees! The prices are also very reasonable for the product. Before install I was a bit worried, but it's worth every penny! On Monday the two man crew showed up right on time, were quick, friendly and professional. They took extra time to clean all the windows and were careful with all the beds/desk they had to move to access them. Once finished I was just amazed! The glare is gone, the windows look perfect, both inside and out. It is a bit darker, but that was the effect we were going for when we picked the darker film. And the temperature difference in the house is so much better. It's no longer a 20 degrees difference from the bottom to the top level! Now we haven't had a really hot day since the install but I feel very confident this was a great investment and can't wait to get the mid level done to reduce glare on our TV.

The vehicle was turning left from Polk Drive onto Old Centreville Road while traffic was stopped and there was not enough room for the vehicle to safely complete the turn. As a result, the driver proceeded into the intersection and blocked the intersection of Old Centreville Road and Polk Drive/Maplewood Drive. At the time, a school bus traveling on Old Centreville Road was carrying students. She had to brake abruptly to avoid a collision with the vehicle and then wait for traffic to clear before she could safely proceed. Having a vehicle turn directly in front of a school bus under these circumstances created a dangerous situation for both the students on board and the driver and other cars behind her. I understand that traffic situations can be challenging, but this appeared to be an avoidable decision. I am especially concerned because the vehicle was clearly marked as a company vehicle, and I would expect professional and responsible driving from anyone operating a vehicle on behalf of a company. I am bringing this to your attention because I believe the incident warrants review and, hopefully, a reminder to your drivers about exercising appropriate caution around school buses and when entering intersections where there is insufficient room to safely proceed. This in NO WAY reflects on the companies success and business practices as a whole, their work ethic precedes them and is a testament to their overall customer satisfaction, but the behavior of one irresponsible employee does not help this.
