I've been to a WaterWerks before, and have had great experiences. Plus, I desperately needed an interior vacuum and love that they have them at their locations. I opted for a mid-tier car wash, and love that even with that option they have a human element/touch - someone spraying the car off at the start. They kicked off the experience with a friendly and welcoming smile. My car got sudzed up and cleaned off to perfection - then I headed to the free vacuums for car wash customers to end. They used Chemical Guys products, which is a must for me, and went above and beyond by steaming the interior and meticulously cleaning every nook and corner. They even took out the spare tire for a thorough detailing! I added an engine detail, and the precision was outstanding. One of my cars is a convertible, which is tricky and time-consuming, but they handled it with expertise. I've tried other detailers before, but I often found flaws once I started using the car. This time, the work was nearly flawless. The only thing I would have liked was the use of a soft brush inside the rims, which they missed. Getting a quote was easy, response was quick and the details he gave answered my questions before I even asked them. Scheduling was easy as well. He arrived early and was very professional. We recently moved an hour away from the car wash and had a billing issue with being charged monthly, even though I thought I had canceled it back several months ago. The general manager, Tony (and employee Mike prior to speaking with Tony) were both EXTREMELY helpful and VERY patient with me and my situation. i explained we had moved an hour away and wouldn't be using them anymore.
