Everything worked fine before it went out. Called the company and requested another employee to come out and they sent someone out the next day to take care of the problem. The inspector said it would not have passed inspection if they did not come back out. That one employee is really making this company look bad. We paid a lot of money to have them replace our water heater and to have that kind of service was very disappointing!!!

The owner and one of his workers came the next morning and told me they were surprised what I'd done hadn't fixed the issue. Even so they replaced the new valve washers just to be sure and reinstalled the seats with teflon tape and tested it out. Sure enough, they had the issue fixed quickly and didn't make a mess doing it. They charges me their minimum hour which honestly I thought was not only reasonable but fair especially given the weather that day.
