The owner and one of his workers came the next morning and told me they were surprised what I'd done hadn't fixed the issue. Even so they replaced the new valve washers just to be sure and reinstalled the seats with teflon tape and tested it out. Sure enough, they had the issue fixed quickly and didn't make a mess doing it. They charges me their minimum hour which honestly I thought was not only reasonable but fair especially given the weather that day.

Unlike other places, Brian was very honest and straightforward with his flat rate quote -- it was not just an inspection but it came with a flush and cleaning. So although his price was higher than other quotes, we also knew that this was the price that we would be paying and not more than that. The receipt showed that he also ended up cleaning out the burner chamber and repaired the draft diverter. He said that he also worked on venting issues over the phone. He was helpful and tried his best to answer my questions. I was not able to be there at the service but he was there on time and spoke with me by phone. Brian is prompt, helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. His appointment did not take long but he was able to get everything serviced. And I'm of course always happy to help small businesses. He is based in Visalia but says that he services all over the Valley. I appreciated that he was able to arrive for the service appointment the next morning after I contacted him. Drain Guru plumber, guy hired another plumber business (Parker and Parker) to come to my home to…read morefind the leak. The P&P came in unscrewed 2 screws from panel under dishwasher. He showed me the leak was from the dishwasher. I had to paid P&P $160. because the guru guy could not unscrew 2 screws. Thereafter I had to pay guru guy $205. for his joking around, talking silly, he asked me if I painted, I said yes then I realized he was snooping in the other room where I have my art supplies. He put one valve under sink water pipe, called in 2 guys to remove dishwasher, they left grease skid markers on our new floor planks, guru guy had a few more corny jokes and it seems that he stayed a long time doing nothing. FINALLY he left. I am physically challenged and I feel that guru guy took advantage of me by hiring P&P needlessly. Later when I purchased a dishwasher (it's still not installed) I text guru guy and asked...as a curtesy can you connect the 3 electrical wires to the dishwasher? He bulked with a long he tirade to charge me again for connecting 3 wires. I know how to connect 3 wires, I'm not lame yet my hesitation is that there is a connection with a water hose from the dishwasher to a water pipe under the sink. I can't afford guru guy & possibly he brings in another plumber to connect 3 wires...of course, I would have to pay both guys. Honestly, I feel scammed. Its up to people to hire who they want but trust me on this...I DO NOT RECOMMEND drain guru.

Daniel showed up, masked up and he went to work on our unit. Daniel and Israel fixed our safety switch that was installed improperly by the previous company that installed our new unit. Israel also found that our return was not efficient enough for the size of our AC unit and Daniel went over the options to remedy the situation and financing. We are very happy with the quality of service and attention to detail that Daniel and Israel took in servicing our unit. We decided to sign up for their Comfort Care program to have our AC serviced annually and save on parts and services. He was repairing a slab leak and I cannot believe there are licensed. He mounted the pipe to the cabinets that were being removed, and he knew this. He also left the pipe exposed and didn't even concrete anything properly. The work that was done is completely trash and they did not deserve to be paid. They took advantage of the homeowner who didn't know any better. The homeowner is going to pursue his money back and put in a complaint in regards to the work Johnathan provided.
