Really upset about my experience with Prosper Trail…read more I just moved to the area recently so I have been trying to find a veteran for my cat. She is 14 years old and has hyperthyroidism, so she is very skinny and frail. Because of her condition and age our previous veteran (back home) refused to give my cat her up to date rabies vaccine. There was concern that getting the vaccine in her current state would give her other more serious side effects. My cat is an indoor cat, never been outside, never around other pets and at this point is very old. Prosper Trail refused to see my cat and treat her because she wasn't up to date on her rabies vaccine. I don't understand how a place that should have an animals best interest in mind would refuse to see her when her potentially being at risk getting the vaccine is out of mine and my cat's control. She desperately needed to be looked at because of her condition and other serious health issues such as finding blood in her stool. I don't understand why the focus was on trying to give her a vaccine and not helping her. I am very sad about my experience here.

Monarch veterinary Hospital certainly met the mark! While I was out of town, my dog got quite sick so as soon as I got back into town, I called and they fit me in right away. Being so close, my dog, and I walked to the appointment. The office is brand new and really cute! I love the murals in the room! Everyone was friendly, the nurses and the doctor and office staff, everyone was top-notch. The pricing was very reasonable for everything, the exam, a probiotic, an antibiotic, and something to help with his diarrhea. They killed my dog!! I had a beautiful 1 year old cavalier …read more She ate one grape . We brought here with in 40 min of eating the grape . They treated her with charcoal & tons of Fluid. She started seizing about 1 hour after we left here. No dog can die in 3.5 hours from eating a grape . I've asked over the phone and stopped by in person to speak to a manager , no one has called me back and it's been a month + . No one wants to be held accountable for their mistake. After they heard my dog died they sent a follow up email saying leaving the clinic was "against medical advise" except they never once used those words with me in the clinic.
