For the price I paid, I expected better quality. While this place may be good for auto glass services, it doesn't seem to meet the standard for professional window tinting. We called Miguel and he came out right away, putting a protective film cover over the new & existing windows to prevent anyone from breaking the glass again. The window shattered but they were unable to gain entry to our building, saving us thousands of dollars in lost equipment and heartache. I gave them a second chance to fix it, but they kept my car for over a week, asked for more time, and still didn't fix the issues. They stopped responding to calls and messages, and when I showed up, they didn't handle the situation professionally. I was still forced to pay for a job that was not done properly. They never put emblems on car as well saying its ready to pickup Now I'm dealing with a dispute and additional costs to fix their mistakes.
