This is my worst experience with an auto detailing place. There was poor customer service. He told us when we brought the car in it was "extra dirty "it would cost an additional $100 after we spent $80 on the Groupon. This is for a midsize Camry sedan. When we picked up the car there was still dirt on the dashboard the windows were not wiped clean and there was dirt on the door jam. All it took was a simple baby white for me to wipe it off correctly. I would've been better off spending $40 at a quick quack car wash. Save yourself some time money and energy go somewhere else. read more

So I came here because I heard about it through a friend but I might as well done it myself. Im pretty sure my car was left for last because there were a number of things missed. I understand people want to go home but business is business. Let me not forget to mention I got a complaint from the guy who gave me my keys back that he waited too long for me to get my car. I got a call that it would be ready in 20-30 minutes but I was out and I live in Rio Linda. It was raining and the highways were slippery, was I expected to speed to get there ASAP ? I left my car at 8:30 am and didn't get back till 6ish pm, I should be the one complaining, don't come at me for taking too long when you had all day AND still didn't complete the job to it's full potential. I had a groupon and I paid 80 dollars for an inside detail on Groupon. When I got there he said it was extra dirty and charged me another $80 for an inside detailing. Groupon did say there may be a extra dirty cleaning but most people on the reviews said they paid an extra $50. I had covers on my seat and the seats were not extra dirty and the floor was fairly dirty but not extra dirty. When I picked up the car the windows were not done well and the car was dusty. My son and I took his 2017 Honda Accord to Sac Auto Spa to have it detailed before he sold it. My son bought a $100.00 groupon for the inside detail. We picked up the car and the detail job was horrible. My son said "I guess you get what you pay for" and I just cleaned up what they left behind. Drips of leather cleaner on seats. Brought in my vehicle for shampooing. I assumed it's an easy job. Took 3 hours to get my car back. I took a glance and seem fine. I left the window open and ran a fan so it's dry faster. After 2 days, it's still soak and wet. I don't know if they actually shampoo or not. There's no cleaning solution smell but now it smells rotten. I'm afraid to bring it back because they might make it worse. Damn I even tipped them $15. What was I thinking. I have to take to another detailer. Definitely do recommend anyone. I bought a $160 dollar interior detail package for $85 thru Groupon. The Owner said there would be an extra $50 charge because I had dog hairs on the carpet. It's called VACUUMING! There was to be another $50 upcharge because my Vehicle is an SUV. (It's a Lexus RX 400. Smaller inside than a Camry) Had that extra cost been mentioned upfront in the Groupon offer I would not have purchased the coupon. Another $50 upcharge would be required due to my SUV being "extra dirty". If it had been any cleaner I wouldn't need detailing. So for an interior only detailing he was asking $300. AJ, the owner, was super friendly and did a great job. One of the employees had an emergency and he was wiling to step in and do the job himself. Such a great value to get the upholstery (mine is suede fabric) vacuumed, shampooed with the right cleansers and the other plastic parts of my car cleansed and shined like new. I have been going to this car wash since it was called HF Waterless. However, I will never go here again. Not only was the wash not fully finished (there was still water coming down from my roof and my windshield didn't look clean at all) but they used a power washer way too close and ripped the paint right off my front bumper. There goes $39 and now multiple hundreds of dollars to repaint my front bumper and blend it all in. Go here at your own risk. read more

Before I came I called to see if they had any slots available the owner told me yes I also informed him that my car was dirty mainly the backseat because I have kids and my baby spills her milk he then told me OK that's fine no problem we will check it outOnce you get here when I arrived he looked at my car and said your car is so dirty and it's probably gonna be additional hundred dollars and it will take four hours I was fine with that because I really needed it clean. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle the seats were soaking wet I still seen dirt and it was embarrassing because I brought my mom and my mom whispered to me and said it doesn't look good but I didn't want to be confrontational so I just said thank you but literally afterwords I had to go get my car washed and do more cleaning which I'm so hurt about because I'm a single mother who doesn't have $100 just to throw around read more

Very good place to get car detailed in or washed. I drove by looking for an automatic car wash and just seen how clean the other cars looked and had to get my car clean from here. I couldn't afford the 249.99 price for a complete full detail so the owner stated he possibly can work a lower price for me. I couldn't afford the price but will definitely be back. Also looks like this place may or may not sell cars I am quite not sure however while waiting for my car to get cleaned it looks like someone is checking out a car to buy. Biggest mistake I ever made! They LOST my floor mat but finally returned it days later. There is now paint peeling under my window seal that wasn't happening before. My air conditioner smells MOLDY after taking it there, it never smelled before. Bought the Groupon for interior and exterior detail. They tried to say they would usually charge extra $50 for SUVs and bigger cars, except I have an economy HATCHBACK! They charged me another $50 extra dirty fee when I got there because there were 3 spots on my seat. They didn't even get one of those spots out and missed a lot of spots that were easily visible and could be easily cleaned like the seat tracks and cup holders. It was obvious they didn't wipe down the hatchback area at all. I don't think they shampooed my front seats because they were dry and still dirty. I paid a ton of money for this car detail service and I'm worried I am going to have to spend a lot more to get the moldy smell out of my vents. read more

Very disappointed. I was told not to come here, but I decided to anyways because I got a discount through Groupon. I thought, I'd find out for myself as everyone's experience is different... I should've listened. They did a terrible job. My car looked like they scrubbed it with canola oil, and the seats were soaking wet when I sat in it. They took out my air fresheners and didn't even properly vacuum my car! The interior dash board and mirrors were smeared with the "armor oil" and when I complained and asked to fix it, they literally got a DRY RAG and whipped it, smearing it more and making it worse, And somehow they believed it was clean in front of my face! I was so upset I contacted the son of the owner to which he was nice and was willing to offer another clean up, but from what I experienced and visually witnessed how much of a horrible job they did, I didn't even want to come back, ever. Do not take your car here. I can assure you it's a disappointment. A friend also just recently got her car done and was just as disappointed. Not worth it at all. read more

Nightmare. Shampooed the convertible top, with the windows down. Filled the door pockets with water and soaked the electric window switches. Used polish meant for a painted car, but my vehicle was wrapped. Seems like something a professional detailer would know. Ruined the finish on the hood. Expected a little more for a detail. I purchased a Groupon and my bf brought in his car too. We had an appointment and when we got there, he said it would be about 4 hours. After 5 hours, I called and he said that they were finishing up my car and still needed to do the other. Two and half hours later it was ready. The interior glass was not cleaned. The surfaces like the dashboard were shiny, almost greasy, but it looked nice. There were some spots on the seats, on the plastic interior near the floorboard, and on the ceiling that were still there. The floor mats were left in my trunk for me to get out and put in my car, and they were still wet (7 hours after I dropped off my car). The staff was friendly but I expect more if I'm getting my car detailed. read more

I was quick to get in on an appointment, however I paid $150 to get a full interior for SUV. When I picked it up hours later, there were still spots of dirt on carpet and floormats, cheerios and dog hair under seats that easily folded to access. (They said they dont cover dog hair). The wash they used did not make my car smell good. When I picked it up because they called when it was ready, the seats were still soaked.
