For the past month, ProspectBArk! and Ash, the amazing dog walker, have pulled me and my beloved doggy through a mini-crisis. I broke my ankle walking Cleo in the park. And it was Chun-Soon and ProspectBArk to the rescue as my leg was in a cast that made walking virtually impossible. Within minutes of my call to ProspectBArk!, owner Chun-Soon found Ash from her impeccable roster of walkers. And that delightful young man became Cleo's companion every afternoon for the past four weeks. Knowing that I wanted Cleo to be able to run, Ash took her down to the 4th Street dog run. And he was so conscientious that when, one day, parking delayed his arrival, he insisted on making up the time later in the week. When Cleo saw him each day, she ran down to greet him like he was family (okay, I was a little jealous!). And he connected with her unique personality almost instantly. Chun-Soon is a true entrepreneur with heart and class and professionalism. Communication with ProspectBArk has been seamless, and I get the feeling their dog walkers are as proficient as their organization. Ash is a keeper, and I've referred him and this great dog-walking service to others already. Great work, ProspectBArk! read more

It's hard for me to say enough good things about Prospect Bark. Amber has been walking my dog Nino 3 days a week for over a year, and she is the best. Attentive, responsible, communicative, kind, easy to work with...all good things. Nino and I both love and appreciate her. And then last week I went on vacation and my dog sitter locked herself and Nino out of the apartment while I was 1,000 miles away. Amber was also away on vacation and to say that the owner of the company, Chun-Soon, went out of her way to make sure that they got let back in is an understatement. Communicating with me and the sitter by text, she arranged for the keys to be delivered to my apartment, and Nino and the sitter were back inside, safe and sound, in an hour. The people at Prospect Bark are truly the best and will treat your beloved pet as if s/he were their own. I highly recommend them without reservation. read more

Prospect Bark is amazing! During our time with them, the team was attentive, professional and took absolutely incredible care of our pup. The ONLY reason we stopped using the service was due to a move out of state. The 2.5 years we worked with the team, our dog was always in amazing hands and we were fortunate to work with walkers in multiple Brooklyn neighborhoods. The online scheduler and payment portal is also hugely convenient. Highest recommendation - there is no better option for your pup! read more

If you are looking for a trustworthy and reliable company to take care of your pet, ProspectBArk is the place for you. We have been extremely happy with the service, from the first meet and greet to the communication from the walkers and management. Dede started walking Maya and when she was no longer available Colleen took over. Both ladies were wonderful. I felt so comfortable with them handling Maya, they gave her lots of love and sent us text updates and pictures after each walk. We have a Canary (wifi camera) in our home, so I can confidently say that they did an amazing job with Maya. I had concerns with Maya at first having someone new take care of her, but they made the transition to hiring a dog walker so great. If there was a change of walkers or anything we needed to know about we received a text or email. Also, if there is a snow storm or holiday they communicate really well with the customers to give a heads up if they need to cancel appointments so their is no late charge. The portal they use is easy to book and cancel walks as needed. Unfortunately, we are moving out of Brooklyn. I know Maya will miss her daily walks with the ProspectBArk team. Thank you all so much!! read more

These folks are the best! The owner, Chun-Soon, has put together a wonderful team of dedicated, reliable and trustworthy people. They truly love animals, and my dogs have never been happier than since Prospect Bark took over their daily walks and pet sitting. The pups instantly trusted their new walker, Sam, and are now completely in love with her. I come home to relaxed and happy dogs every evening, and reading Sam's detailed notes about what they do on their walks is a highlight of my day. Prospect Bark is a fabulous business that provides A+++ care for my four-legged best buddies. read more

I moved to NYC 4 months ago and found ProspectBark! on yelp with 5 star reviews. They have been nothing less than 10 stars for me, but mostly my dog. Ben is an awesome walker to work with and has been so accommodating with both walks and overnights. I have lived in 5 cities in two years and this has been the best experience working with them read more

We began using ProspectBark on the recommendation of a friend, and we're so glad we did. They've seamlessly sat with our cat (who's quite active and demands lots of playtime) through several months worth of short trips for wedding planning, making at least one aspect of our lives then very simple and easy. They've been great on short notice and kept a careful eye on our cat when he ate part of a toy (on my watch, not theirs!). And, of course, I appreciate that they always text photos of the little bugger while we're away. read more

Woo-hoo! Awesome! Zachary has helped us out a few times on short notice, and he's great. Our dog loves him. Reasonable rates and you can pay online. Will definitely keep using Prospect Bark! read more

I have been using ProspectBArk! for a little over a month now and I love them! My puppy was very nervous and anxious to walk with someone he didn't know at first, but my walker was patient and encouraging. She came by every day until he was comfortable with her. She even played with him in the backyard when he would let her walk him. Overall, I've been very impressed with the walkers and the management. They have been responsive and personable. I highly recommend. read more

Prospect Bark! is the best! I am gone very long hours a couple days a week and my senior dog, Blazer gets lonely. Honey has been so wonderful with him. He gets excited when I say her name and when she walks in the door he knows its his special walk time. Honey is so reliable, I never have to worry about Blazer not being taken care of. She has also been great about walking the other random dogs who have been at my house visiting. I love getting the pictures and updates about what Blazer did on his walks and I know Blazer (and whatever other dog happens to be over) is in good hands. They are also so responsive to emails and I get questions answered quickly every time. Thanks Honey and Prospect Bark! read more

I can't say enough great things about the level of caring and professionalism exhibited by the amazing staff over at Prospect Bark!! If I could give them more stars, I would! I've recommended them to EVERYONE thats ever asked us who we use to care for our little monkeys. And now, more specifically on to our walker of 2 years, Tim.... we cant thank him enough for his dedication, patience, reliability and humor. No matter what the challenge, illness, separation anxiety, weather troubles, doggie-boot dilemmas, last minute scheduling emergencies, Tim has always helped us through it all with a tremendous sense of flexibility and calm. The best part of all are the amazing anecdotals he leaves for us every day in our journal. Not only does it keep us abreast to the latest happenings in Enzo's world, they usually leave us in stitches (Tim has a great sense of humor). Coming home to wagging tails and smiling faces let us know that our pups think Tim's pretty great too! Thank you Tim (and all the amazing staff at Prospect Bark) for taking such good care of our fur babies. read more

Have been nothing but impressed by prospectbark! My pup, Furaha, has become friends with Amber and Zach who have done everything from 30 min and 60 min walks to overnight sitting and daytime sitting. Amber and Zach are both extremely competent. They always show up on time, send me photos of Furaha, and give me a summary of their visit with her. She is a bit of a complicated pup and they took a lot of time at the beginning of their relationship with her to get her warmed up to being around them. I feel relaxed and confident having them watch over her, even when I'm out of the country for a week at a time. The rest of the team at prospectbark, including the founders/directors, are also great. They are extremely responsive, thorough, and patient. I'm always impressed by how quickly they respond to my texts, emails, and service requests through their online portal. I'm very happy I made the switch to prospectbark and Furaha is happy too. read more

Please do not spend anymore time looking for a dog walking service -- you've found the right one if you're reading this. The Prospect Bark team, including my fabulous walker Esteban, is such a pleasure to deal with and totally on the ball. They are 100% reliable and my dog LOVES Esteban, who texts me everyday to let me know they've gone on their walk. It's such a relief to know my dog is getting exercise -- and some relief of his own -- every afternoon when I'm at work. Thank you guys so much!! read more

Chun-Soon and her team are awesome. After I moved to Brooklyn, I started to look for a pet sitter for my two dogs (on the occasions that I travel out of town). I had emailed her about my worries and questions (I have one high anxiety rescue and another large puppy in training) She called me directly to speak about my concerns and set up a personalized plan for my pups needs. She knows her stuff and its amazing how much she calmed my nerves. Our walker was wonderful and took great care of our dogs - even kept us updated with photos and texts. I came home a very happy pup mom :) read more

Love them! Always efficient, friendly, available, reasonable and, most importantly... HONEST! You cannot go wrong with them! Even the little things such as leaving a toy for my pup as a welcome gift. Seriously, who does that?! I'm so glad we found them! read more

I am moving out of NYC, and I am so sad to leave Prospect Bark behind. I've used them pretty regularly to look in on my cat when I'm on vacation. The first few times there were some growing pains (the visitors seemed to have some difficulty finding my cat, and so I was worried that maybe they weren't actually showing up to take care of him) but after two trips, PB sent me Jessica--and she has been a miracle! I get updates after each visit with pictures of my kitty, and he always looks so happy. And when I come home, he bites me, sending a clear message that he's rather see Jessica's smiling face at the door instead of the same old momma. But ha! He is stuck with me! Seriously, PB is really good--Matt and Chun-Soon respond really quickly to inquiries so you are never left hanging without someone to care for your pet. They are friendly and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommend. read more

I can't say enough good things about this service. They are very organized, and well-priced. I highly recommend Lucy. She was extremely reliable (never cancelled regardless of the weather). She's very upbeat and nice. It was clear how well she took care of our 8-yr old Maltese mix. He was excited to see her each day. This is the 3d dog walking service I've used, but the first to not disappoint. The only reason we no longer use ProspectBark full time is because we now have a full time nanny who also takes out our dog. read more

I LOVE Prospect Bark! After getting a new job and losing the flexibility of bringing my sweet pup Lola to work everyday, I was scrambling to find a trust worthy dog walking service- Enter Prospect Bark. I found Chun-Soon and her team to be very thorough and organized. Lola was paired with Brit, who is phenomenal! She checks in everyday with text message updates after their walks and includes a cute photo. Brit is attentive and pays attention to detail, noting when Lola is not feeling well or when she needs a little extra love. With Brit being in close proximity to where I live, Lola and I have run into her in the neighborhood and Lola literally goes crazy with excitement when she sees her. Brit and the entire Prospect Bark family are the best! read more

I have been using Prospect Bark!'s dog walking services for 4 months and they are the best! They are true animal lovers and are very professional and responsive to all inquiries. Jessica M. walks my dog 4 times a week and she is wonderful! My dog gets great exercise thanks to Jessica and is walked/ with 1-2 other dogs (at my request, they also do solo walks) which is great for my pup's socialization. Jessica always sends picture texts after every walk with a note of what happened during the walk which helps put my mind at ease about leaving my dog home while I am at work. I really can't say enough great things about Prospect Bark and Jessica. I highly recommend their services. read more

When we first got our new puppy Barley I did what every crazed NYer does searched yelp for a reputative dog walking service. Being that my fiance and I work long hours we were looking for someone who could come at least ones a day to walk the little guy. Prospect Bark got back to me right away and from the first interaction we have been more then pleased. Zachary and the team at Prospect Bark are fantastic. Neighbors in my building have stopped me to say how great Zachary is with Barley and for me that is the best thing you can ever hear especially if you are like me and always wonder what happens when you are not around. Every walk comes with a picture and a report card which me and my coworkers wait patiently for daily. Its a total hit in the office to say, Zachary time!! and everyone runs over to see what great pic I have gotten that day. Basically I have all good things to say about Prospect Bark and I highly recommend them!! read more

I love these folks. I am extremely picky about who gets access to my dog and my house, and I feel completely comfortable with the Prospect Bark folks. Owner Chun-Soon and her team are cheerful, professional, communicative, and trustworthy. The business is new, and they're always striving to make it better. I love the easy payment system, the monthly newsletters, and the fact that I can always reach someone in an emergency. I am happiest with the fact that these people are not flakes--you can really count on them to come on time and to take your dog out as promised (or, I guess, feed your cat or do whatever cats need done). And Chun-Soon picks people with a true love for animals, so her walkers aren't just out for a few bucks; they like what they do and understand that your dog is like family. My awesome walker Amy even left my dog homemade PB treats for the holidays. Five stars for this cross-Brooklyn service. read more

From the moment my dog Benny met the team at Prospect Bark I knew we had found the right fit. On our first meeting they brought him a toy and it was a complete love fest. Benny recognizes his walker Jessica's name every time I say it and gets excited to know she is coming. At least I think he understands ;) Not only do I feel 100% confident with Benny's safety in her hands, but the level of customer service she provides is nothing short of amazing. I love getting text updates and pictures of my boy right after his walk. Aside from Jessica, I really appreciate the flexibility of the company and their rapid responses to my outreach. Whether Benny is being walked once a week or three times a week they treat me with the same level of care and personalization. You can tell this team truly loves what they do and that they care for every single animal as if they were their own. Thank you Jessica and Prospect Bark! read more

ProspectBark and specifically the RiversideBark team on the UWS (Taryn and Krystal) have been caring for my puppy for 6 months. In that time I've seen them treat my puppy like their own with extreme care, attention and love. They've worked very closely with us on our specific needs regarding our puppy's training schedule and separation anxiety and are always very conscious of any specific requests we have. We love the amazing photos that we receive of our pup after each walk along with a detailed update about the walk. It makes our day to see how happy our puppy is with the RiversideBark team when we are at work. The team is also extremely respectful of our home to the extent that we've trusted them to puppysit overnight when we have been on vacation. Our puppy is our baby and we really appreciate all that RiverSideBark does for him and us as a family each day - we'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dog walker on the Upper West Side, or in the general Manhattan/Brooklyn area!!! read more

OH MY GOSH! I love these people! We had just moved to Ditmas Park, Brooklyn, and have a young dog who is as sweet as can be but with serious anxiety issues. We were worried because our previous dogwalker, at our former apartment, had been dealing with Wesley since he was wee so we were VERY nervous how he would react to someone new. Lo and Behold, Prospect Bark to the rescue! First of all, when I was looking for a dogwalker, I called the number on the website and the owner of the company picked up. This was around 6:30 in the evening mind you (I was just intending to leave a message). She scheduled a meeting with Shaun (more on him in a minute) for a few days later. Now, Wesley (the nervous boy) does not generally respond to men well. He runs away from them. He won't go near them. But Shaun, he immediately began to approach. My wife and I were sold! And now, about a month in, Wesley is running to Shaun for protection when he gets scared. He is an extremely nervous boy so that is REALLY saying something. Shaun sends us pictures of our dogs everyday. He sends us texts, detailing what happened. I never have a fear, when I leave for work, that our babies aren't being completely well-cared for. Often, you'll find people who care but aren't professional, or vice-versa. Prospect Bark is both. I would highly, highly recommend them. And if you can get Shaun to come, do it! Just don't take him away from me :) read more

We have been using Prospect Bark for walks for almost 5 years and love them! We have an elderly dog (she'll be 17 this August!) and are always a little nervous about leaving her in the care of others. With Prospect Bark we have not had to worry at all. We even moved neighborhoods and there was no disruption in our care because they have such a great group of walkers. They come in person to meet you and your dog and take notes to make sure they know everything they need to know. They also send pictures after the walk so you know everything is ok. They also have a great online booking system which is a must for me. I work an unpredictable job and my schedule is rarely consistent so it is nice to be able to login and choose the walks I need for the week. We would absolutely recommend them (and have recommended them) to everyone! Huge shout out to Jessica and Damien for taking such great care of our Estella. read more
