Back again this year . We enjoy coming here for a simply delicious homemade breakfast ! Yummy as usual! The only thing that was a bit of a turn off was the girl that was seating us , she was quite sarcastic as we started to enter the restaurant! She spoke to us , as if we were 5 year olds , that we had to wait outside as there was a sign on the door saying so and she proceeded to read the sign to us pointing at the words as she read it out loud ! I think she was new but really that's no excuse for speaking to costumers in that way ! Of course everyone else as always was polite and professional!

After reading the other reviews this Diner may have either seen a deep cleaning or full remodel when me and my boyfriend went. After seeing a "rodeo burger" on the menu here I've seen it in many other places since, never heard of it before. The inside was incredible it was like walking through a blast into the past. Waitress was a little snippy at first but warmed up quick. Homey feel inside. Food was decent.

This is worth the stop. Nice place and very nice people. Outdoor seating is a plus as long as weather and humidity cooperate! Had breakfast here twice. Solid menu, moderate prices (like everywhere else!)

Super cute diner! Diner was super clean. I came in here after leaving Lake George with my two daughters and husband. Service was fast and friendly. Food was delicious. I've never left a yelp review but this was the cutest old school diner. It has the old fashioned juke boxes on the tables (just for show now though). Perfect place to grab a quick meal outside of the busy tourist area.

Went for breakfast and it was good. Little pricey for what you get but it was good. Service was lacking; we waited awhile for someone to notice us sitting there. But it was decent. Would try again sometime

Good, standard breakfast, abit pricey but hey, you are on the strip in Lk. George, super busy service was fine, portions on the smaller side

This place was "ok". The service was good. They got freaked out over us trying to split the bill between two credit cards. I had the grand slam, it was nothing to write home about. My friend had the omelette and she said it was average. The rye bread was the best part for her.... The decor was very nostalgic and pretty cute. Overall, decent breakfast place, not great but not terrible either.

Yummmm. Cute little diner in a convenient location in Lake George. It was packed on a Sunday afternoon but instead of waiting for a booth my friends and I agreed to sit at the counter. Our waitress took awhile to come over... but it gave us extra time to look at the menu! They have a large menu with an endless amount of options. I ordered the veggie omelet with Swiss cheese. It comes with toast + homefries. The omelet was delish but the homefries were ehh. I asked them to make everything well done and they didn't but whatev. Coffee was good and hot. My friends ordered an omelet and the French toast, both inhaled their meals as well and they said their food was great. My breakfast came to $12. They also have really cheap breakfast specials from 6am-8am!! (Check out the menu I posted it for y'all!! If you're in the area it's a good choice for breakfast!

I came here for breakfast while staying at a cabin near the lake. If you are looking for a standard, regular place, this is for you. They have a very simple menu of omelets, pancakes, waffles. I got the eggs and hash with toast. There was not really much taste. It was a simple breakfast that I could probably make at home.

Tiny orange juice for $2.70. waited 20 minutes just for them to tell me they didn't want to sell the soup I ordered since it wasn't coming out right. I would of appreciated being informed earlier of this. We left cancelled the rest of our order. Unfortunately now I will go with out eating since we were in a rush already. If you are in a rush don't come here.

When we arrived, we asked if we could sit closer to the water. We were seated outside, but in the middle of the patio despite several open tables along the railing. I asked the host if we could move, and she explained those tables were in different server sections, which I understood. However, just a few minutes later, she seated two other parties at the exact tables I had asked about, which was frustrating. The outdoor seating itself also leaves a lot to be desired. The tables are very small for four people, especially if you're ordering appetizers and entrees to share. The service was just okay. As soon as we finished our appetizers, our entrees arrived immediately, making the meal feel rushed. As for the food, it was disappointing. The mac and cheese lacked flavor and tasted like butter with very little cheese. The short rib tasted as though it had been reheated, and the seafood pasta tasted like it was made with frozen seafood. Overall, the food was average at best and reminded me more of an Olive Garden-style meal than the upscale waterfront dining experience I was expecting. The following night we ate at La Bella Vita at The Sagamore, and the difference was remarkable. The food was significantly better, the atmosphere was more enjoyable, and our bill was actually lower despite ordering a similar amount of food and drinks. I wouldn't necessarily say Lighthouse Grill is bad, but based on our experience, I don't think it lives up to its reputation or price point. Will not be returning unless it's for an overpriced burger.

We were pleasantly surprised with both the high food quality and friendly, efficient service. Seated outside at a comfortable table we shared an excellent crab cake with our cocktails. The 'Lake George Punch', was very nice. Our server, Jack, was on his game & could give lessons on on unobtrusive high quality table service with a smile and some pleasant conversation. The pulled chicken tacos and crab stuffed haddock were both excellent! Flavor, texture, doneness all top notch. We were caught up in the details of sauces, rice, and wonderful harcort verts (can't just call them a side of green beans). Unexpected in a hotel restaurant in a touristy area. All in all, with the July evening breeze blowing off the lake, a slice of lake view, and the bustling fellow visitors putting on a show just for us.... It was a very nice experience.

My wife ordered the 6 ounce $45.00 Filet mignon, medium, with well done sauteed onions and mashed potatoes. Steak was served with bleeding raw center and all but raw onions. She requested it be cooked better. Plate was removed and then returned with just the potatoes and requested she wait for re-cooked food. Really? Now she's sitting there with a plate of squashed mashed potatoes and some of the uncooked onions. However, she was still willing to wait. But then I started to cut into my $42,00, "12 ounce" Rib Eye, medium steak. Was also bleeding. I could tolerate that but not the fact that is was NOT anywhere NEAR 12 ounces (about the same size as my wife's 6 ounce steak) and the first mouth full consisted of fat, and strings of gristle. Along with the second and third mouth full. In the meantime my wife STILL hadn't received her dinner back. I told Caleb the dinner was unacceptable and we were leaving. I spoke to the manager who apologized but didn't offer any other solution but that they were re-cooking my wife's steak. No compromise or reduced bill. I told the manager to be grateful that I would still pay for the dinner so as not to cause a problem, escalate the situation and upset my wife and ruin our vacation, as I tend to be nasty in such incidents. I still left Caleb a generous tip. Worst meal I've had in years. Wish I could rate it no stars. They should be VERY grateful ! My most helpful tip is DON'T GO THERE IF YOU WANT A GOOD STEAK
