(I should mention this is an aging tenant who was unable to tolerate the dripping of the leak or the fear that the ceiling would cave in while they slept). In desperation, I called twenty roofers. Several got back, but said they would only do repairs on roofs they had installed. The guy who repairs my roof was unable to locate the leak. Scott, the owner of Supreme, got right back to me. Although they rarely do residential jobs, when I explained the situation with the aging tenant, he came by on a SUNDAY afternoon to take a look and sent two of his crew that week to make a temporary repair. NO CHARGE. When the temp repair didn't hold, he sent two of his crew to make the necessary repair. Scott as well as Chet and Mike were incredibly helpful. The job began…read moreby Maple Leaf, unannounced, leaving machinery in our driveway, assuming we would not need the space for several days. We did not even know they were planning to start until coming home to equipment in our driveway. Then, equipment broke down on first day of actual work, rendering our drive blocked for 2 days. This after no-showing the initial start date. The project manager was MIA for over a week without any communication, just unreachable. They eliminated part of the job without discussion, which was the right decision but did not reduce price and was not even a conversation. The project manager offered free sealing to accommodate for the inconveniences and lack of communication. Once the job was complete, he insisted they could only be paid cash/Venmo, despite having my paid-in-full check in hand. He stated his bank was unable to process a deposit due to another large deposit from a separate job. It made no sense, but I wanted to be kind. After being paid in full via Venmo, he requested I recall the payment to avoid fees. After several weeks of back and forth, awaiting my refund from Venmo, I paid him cash. He assured me the company would be in touch to schedule promised sealing. There was no call. I reached out, attempting to schedule the sealing. They completely ghosted me, only responding when threats of contacting BBB were made. They never sealed the drive. The process began well (seemed trustworthy), but ended with a feeling of having been ripped off and repeatedly lied to.

Two months later, after rescheduling 5 times for​ many reasons, the driveway patch was done yesterday. They resealed the driveway for free for our inconvenience. I paid $9500 for all work done. After calling Glen, his team was professional, responsive, and easy to work with. They came immediately to look at my house and explained where the damage to the chimney had caused the leak to develop. The repair was completed efficiently and Glen took great care to protect the surrounding area while working. They replaced the damaged chimney bricks, sealed the affected section, put a new chimney cap on and checked nearby areas to make sure no additional leaks would occur. They replaced some shingles also. Since the repair, we've had several storms and the chimney and roof has no more leaks. What stood out most was Glen's honesty and attention to detail.
