Proshred was fantastic! Communication was great and timely - they were answered my questions, provided me with a quote and got me scheduled right away. If you have a lot of shredding to do, then this is the company for you. It's simple - give them a call and tell them how much you need shredded. They will give you a quote. If it is agreeable to you, then you make an appointment. They come to you. They bring in a big bin and fill it with the paper to be shredded. They take it to the shredding truck and shred it right in front of you. Thanks, PROSHRED! read more

A shredding truck came right to our residence. We filled bins with important documents right at our front door, staples, paper clips, plastic binders and all! Then the bins were dumped in the truck and shredded. We watched a screen on the side of the truck for verification of the secure shredding as it took place. This was a one time shredding need for us. PROSHRED didn't hesitate helping us with our need and charged by the bin. Customer service was excellent. The process was quick, effortless and efficient. We found them easy to reach--no weird phone dialing options--and communicative. They gave us a day and a time estimate and were right on time to shred our items on site. Best of all? They were easy to price. They asked if my items would fit in a standard garbage can. Yes, they did. $60! All for friendly and expedient service right to my garage door. We would definitely use them again!

Honestly, one little thing ruined this 1 star review from being a 5 star review…read more I worked with Dave and my corporate office to have Orlando Recycles pick up a plethora of old IT equipment ranging from monitors, to an old TV, desktops, etc. My corporate office gave me specific requirements on what needed to be done for hard drives, including a certificate per drive showing they were destroyed. This is a common requirement in IT departments everywhere, as obviously we're responsible for that data and don't need it getting into the wrong hands. This is something I spoke with Dave about over the phone, and reiterated I needed. Dave came by with another gentleman and took out all the equipment as requested no problem. Sometime later, I received a receipt that showed what was taken. The only thing that was numerically listed was the hard drives that were removed. However, I received no certificates. I emailed Dave. He said he had no notes of that request. Of course not, it was a phone conversation. Nor did he ask me on the day of if that was as service I needed or wanted. So while he apologized, that really doesn't help my case at all. Because of that slight oversight (which is actually a massive issue), I can't recommend nor use this company again in the future.

I was pretty frustrated by the time I called these guys, but the owner Victor told me to come on down to their facility and they did it for - get this - $10!!
