Ambiance and service was great. We got seated by the window and had a good view of the water - it must be beautiful during sunset hours Food was mediocre if I'm honest. The clam was bitter and not tender; the Caesar salad dressing was too creamy and heavy (out of balance) and could really use some more citrus; bread was delicious; veal was okay - again, the sauce was too flat and creamy/heavy

We had such a wonderful evening at Prosecco! Everything about the experience was spot on--the food, the ambiance, the service, and of course, the wine. The patio is charming and perfectly located just steps from the Kirkland waterfront, making it a great spot for a summer night out. The owner welcomed us, shared about his time living in Italy, and even treated us to a little mini wine tasting to help us pick a bottle we'd love (and we did!). The food was delicious and made with authentic ingredients--he even imports the dough directly from Italy. We got to sample it on its own, and even those who are usually sensitive to gluten did just fine with it. The pizza had great flavor, though personally I prefer a slightly more wood-fired, crisp style rather than one with a softer base. That said, it was still very enjoyable and clearly made with care. Overall, Prosecco is such a gem--beautiful setting, wonderful people, and an experience that makes you want to come back again soon.

Prosecco is nicely tucked into the Kirkland waterfront, taking over after a prior Italian joint that ran its course. It is NOT the same place! Restaurant is clean, and comfortable, with no noise pollution between tables. You'll walk in facing the kitchen line, and we were staring at racks of lamb and pasta before we met anyone! Then in all of a minute, we met the two cooks, the owner, and our service staff, and were off to our seats. Very attentive service. FANTASTIC Manhattan. Will be back, over and over, and look forward to the patio in summer! The four of us ordered: Veal Marsala - fork tender, assorted mushrooms, in a perfectly balanced sauce. Textbook! Everyone had a bite and it got top dish. Penne Norcina - Penne and ground Italian sausage, in a creamy black truffle sauce. Sounds like a heavy dish of competing flavors, but it was fantastic. Lobster Ravioli - as it sounds, but the pink sauce was not overwhelming, and the burrata on top was so good! Penne Vodka with Prawns - unfortunately, despite no mention of spice at all, this was loaded with pepper flakes! They offered to remake it, but we declined. Just know to declare your spice tolerance on the red sauce dishes, in case! Fantastic flavor, though. Ceasar Salad - we ordered one, and all four of us had a nice little helping. Creamy, garlicky and not much lemon - with very crisp greens. Loved it. Tiramisu - mic drop. Classic, favoring the Italian preparation with more coffee and less sugar. Shared.

I was on the Eastside and recently started following this restaurant on IG bc hello - the name Prosecco is genius! I kid you not, one of the main reasons for wanting to try and the decadent photos of pasta. All of the ingredients are fresh & sourced locally or from Italy! So I took myself on a solo date on the Kirkland Waterfront bc rainy Saturdays are for prosecco, pasta, and peaceful solo dates. So I popped into Prosecco Restaurant in after a refreshing walk in the light rain. If you're new to the area and craving a cozy, authentic Italian spot--this is it! I made a reservation for one and was warmly welcomed by the lovely owners, Migen and Lolia. My server Tana took amazing care of me. Here's how I indulged: Sip: Prosecco Tre Volte Veneto Italia - the perfect bubbly start. Starter: Carpaccio di Salmone ($18) - Thinly sliced fresh salmon over arugula with lemon and olive oil. If you know, you know. Chef's kiss. Entrée(s): Ravioli all'Aragosta con Burrata ($29) - Lobster ravioli with zucchini in a pink sauce, topped with burrata. Rich and comforting. All Meat Pizza ($25) - Housemade dough by Migen himself, topped with pepperoni, sausage, ham, and salami. A carnivore's dream! Dessert: Tiramisu ($12) - Because no Italian meal ends without it. Light, creamy, and just the right touch of sweet. Pro tip: Solo dining doesn't mean solo enjoyment--this felt like a warm hug from Italy. Highly recommend if you're exploring the Eastside alone or with a friend.

It saddens me to give a three of five stars for this new Kirkland restaurant due to its lack of service. We were so excited when we saw that in Italian restaurant was opening in downtown Kirkland. We had high hopes for a new go to spot. We came at 4 PM right when they opened on a weekday there was a gentleman who seemed to be a manager who is very kind and it felt like coaching the server. The server was aloof. A few examples of this are when we were seated we had to ask for water, we had to ask for water refills (multiple times), she shared the soup of the day was minestrone, which we ordered and was not available so she had to come back and suggest tomato. We were not extremely hungry. We just had time to try this new restaurant we've been dying to try so we went with a Emilio pizza, which is prosciutto and arugula to share. I am very pleased with the quality of the pizza. The wine list was subpar for the caliber of restaurant this could be. We will give the restaurant another chance, but are not eager to be going back anytime soon. I'm hoping that the lack of service is just growing pains with a new restaurant.

Very lovely view. Went when they were pretty new, but the food was very flavorful and it was a great experience. Would recommend the gnocchi and pizza.

Cozy Kirkland institution with fabulously attentive service and home made Italian pasta. We ordered a beet and arugula salad, lobster ravioli with zucchini and squash in a tomato sauce, and a pistachio cheesecake with chocolate. This a wonderful place on a nice day when the patio is set up for dining. Food is fabulous. This one is on our list!

Happy Friday!

We tried Prosecco, the new Italian spot by the water in downtown Kirkland, on a Friday night and were blown away. The atmosphere is perfect for a date night, romantic, relaxed, and elevated by live music and outdoor seating that lets you take in the waterfront vibe. We started with the shrimp and polenta, and it absolutely delivered. It's a generous portion for an appetizer and definitely a must-try. For mains, my wife had the chicken piccata and loved it. I went with the filet mignon, and wow...the peppercorn sauce alone is worth coming back for. Perfectly cooked, incredibly flavorful and beautifully presented. All in all, a fantastic experience. Great food, great ambiance, and a perfect place to unwind for a night out. We'll definitely be returning soon!

Hands down best Italian restaurant in WA!! And the only one who's real Italian and doesn't use pork in their bolognese. I've been coming here almost every week and if I'd live closer I'd probably be here every other day. The owners are amazing and the service is wonderful. Also it's right on the water which is a plus. Highly recommended!!!

This place is incredible! From the second we walked in, the staff was attentive, friendly, and thoughtful. The food was absolutely next level. This is such an incredible addition to the Kirkland waterfront. We were able to sit outside and enjoy the wonderful view while enjoying delicious food in a cozy family atmosphere. They even brought out a tiramisu to celebrate our Mom's birthday! We will 100% be back again!

Focaccia is lighter than anything I've had. Chrispy light and slightly salted. We had 2 servings.

This is an authentic Italian restaurant, imported flour and ingredients from abroad. The owner is so warm and informative and you can tell he takes pride in his restaurant. Soft Italian music playing in the background and Italian decor surrounds you and brings me back to our travels to Italy. A must try, tucked away in downtown Kirkland.

Prosecco Restaurants exceeded my expectations! The pasta dishes were flavorful and fresh, the atmosphere was cozy, and the service was attentive. Cleanliness was top-notch. Can't wait to come back with all My friends again!

Ristorante Paradiso is a long time Italian restaurant in the heart of downtown Kirkland. I have…read morebeen coming here for as long as I can remember (20 to 30 years maybe, so long that I didn't realize I never wrote a review). This restaurant has been well received for both business dinners and personal dinners. They are old school charming Italian (not to be confused with American Italian). The service is often warm and charming. The restaurant is painted with warm tones and artworks of villas. Business partners from foreign countries often find this restaurant adorable. The menu has some hits-and-misses, but we have settled on our favorites by now. My hubby orders their lasagna as his favorite; he often orders it early since it's a longer time to cook. I recently visited with girlfriends, so extra desserts are involved. Lol. The Food: Salmone Piccata, $32 - 4.5 Stars Menu: Fresh salmon filet, capers, lemon, garlic, white wine sauce This is my standing order - a good size piece of salmon rests on veggies with a wonderful wine sauce. It's light, it's a repeatable dish, and I don't feel guilty afterwards. Tartufo Classico - 4.5 Stars Menu: Chocolate Gelato, zabaglione cream center, covered with crushed caramelized hazelnuts and cocoa powder Tiramisu - 4 Stars Menu: Ladyfinger biscuits, espresso coffee, mascarpone cheese, and whipped cream Curse my sweet tooth friend who convinced us to order not one but two desserts to share. The tartufo is more unique, and somewhat reminds me of a much better Ferrero Rocher. I particularly like the cool gelato. The tiramisu is of course the classic. If I am sharing with hubby, the tartufo is the easy win.

My wife had never been here, and for me it had been over 10 years, so we were looking forward to it. Unfortunately, it turned out to be disappointing. On the positive side, the bread was good, the burrata appetizer was tasty, and my Marsala chicken wasn't too bad. However, my wife's Linguine Tutta Mare was not good at all. The mussels tasted completely off and had a bad smell. I tried them myself and they were fishy, not how mussels are supposed to taste. We told our waiter, and he kind of brushed it off, saying they get their seafood in daily and that mussels can sometimes be "that way." He gave no apology and no real acknowledgment to the issue, but just cleared our plates and walked away. To top it all off, they were out of the Panna Cotta, which was the dessert I'd been looking forward to. The other options didn't appeal to us as much, but we settled for them anyway. Afterwards, we still felt a little hungry. For our first lunch date in a while, this was a real letdown. Definitely not worth $35 per person.

Even with a reservation, we did have to wait a bit, but it was Valentine's Day, so totally understandable given how busy Italian spots get. Parking was pretty convenient with spaces both in front and behind the restaurant, and if those are full, it's close to the Totem Lake area so there are other options nearby. The ambiance was definitely unique--lots of mannequins, motorcycles, and a sort of roadshow vibe. It felt fun, a little quirky, and different from your typical Italian restaurant. Service was good overall, especially considering how busy it was. Our server was attentive enough and kept things moving smoothly. We started with bread and butter--nothing particularly special, but still enjoyable. The garlic herb compound butter oddly felt nostalgic and reminded me of childhood. For appetizers, we got the meatballs, which were hearty and flavorful. For my entrée, I had the seafood pasta in a wine cream sauce and really enjoyed it. There was a good amount of seafood--not super crab-heavy, but enough to get a few nice bites--and the sauce itself was light and well-balanced. My husband ordered the chicken parm, which he said was good but leaned a bit on the bland side. Overall, it feels like a solid neighborhood Italian spot. Definitely a place we'd come back to when we're in the area.

DUE' CUCINA @ TOTEM LAKE…read more Parking is available on the street, and there are usually a few spots right in front of the restaurant if you're lucky enough to grab one. You can also park in the larger Totem Lake shopping area near Trader Joe's and the surrounding shops, where there is typically plenty of parking available. Unless you're visiting on a busy weekend, finding a spot usually is not much of an issue. I've actually been to their Redmond location before, so I already had a good idea of what to expect. The ordering process is very customizable, allowing you to choose your noodles, sauce, toppings, and other add ons. It's a great option if you're a picky eater or simply want to try something different and create a meal that fits your preferences. I always order the pesto pasta because their pesto sauce is absolutely delicious. The ingredients taste fresh, and the portions are satisfying without feeling too heavy. The staff was very friendly during my visit, and the overall atmosphere is welcoming and relaxed. This is definitely more of a casual grab and go type of restaurant. A simple concept that seems to work, and seems to attract a lot of customers. We were a party of 4 and we each picked our own pasta meal. For starters, we shared the burrata salad. It had fresh basil, pesto, fine nuts, and of course, the creamy burrata on top of fresh mixed greens. The flavors were just jiving together and I wish I could have it every day. For my main, I had the short rib ragu with fettuccine. The sauce was deep in flavor. The short rib ragu paired well with the al dente fettuccine. Each pasta is served with a garlic focaccia bread. The restaurant's ambiance is casual and yet the food being served up in the kitchen is elevated for a fast casual establishment. It's a shame that only locations are based in Seattle, Washington area. Although, they may have opened a new location in TX. At any rate, Dué Cucina is doin something right.
