Instead I have on camera the guard sleeping for hours and not ever going to make sure that the tenants clients weren't hanging in the alley talking loud and laughing loud waking the residents up. I was also clear I wanted notes and was told the guard would make notes nightly. I had requested the notes a few times until I was told the guard did not make notes. I paid my bill because I signed a contract and I stick to my word, however I would never use Allied Security again and do NOT recommend them.
