The residents behind my commercial building were being woken up all hours of the night by the clients of the music studio that was being evicted. I wanted the guard to prevent this. Instead I have on camera the guard sleeping for hours and not ever going to make sure that the tenants clients weren't hanging in the alley talking loud and laughing loud waking the residents up. I was also clear I wanted notes and was told the guard would make notes nightly. I had requested the notes a few times until I was told the guard did not make notes. I paid my bill because I signed a contract and I stick to my word, however I would never use Allied Security again and do NOT recommend them. I never write negative reviews but I am disgusted that I paid for nothing!

UPDATED REVIEW -- TRUST AND INTEGRITY MATTER…read more I am officially withdrawing my previous positive review, which I originally posted at their request. At that time, I believed I was supporting a reputable business. Unfortunately, subsequent personal business dealings completely changed my opinion. What we experienced was deeply disappointing, financially damaging, and left us with serious concerns about honesty, integrity, accountability, and basic business ethics. We would never recommend doing business with people we can no longer trust. I strongly encourage others to do their homework, ask questions, verify promises, and protect themselves before entering into any business relationship. Character is not measured by what someone says when they want something. It is measured by what they do when it is time to honor their commitments. Our trust has been permanently lost, and our recommendation is withdrawn.
