I really value the bond you can easily establish at Onguard. Working with Ray Nomair was amazing! Answers my calls and texts and even sends weekly emails checking in on us and the guards placed at our warehouses. The rates are really good compared to other companies. Whenever a security guard doesn't fit in anymore, Ray always sends in a new guard to replace the last. The guards also really professional at that! I have been dealing with Onguard Security for a couple of years. Onguard provides security services for many of my business locations and I have to say kudos to them on their workforce and efficiency. We signed a contract with OnGuard when our other security company raised their rates. After four weeks of me chasing our "dedicated supervisor" to get the necessary clearance for the guards, he still had not sent anyone through to HR. With more insistence from me, he sent one guard through, that guard didn't clear. With constant reminders from me, he sent through 2 more guards, only 1 cleared. We are now 2 weeks into the new contract, no on-site security for our business, and the man sends me an email 12 hours before the ONE guard he did get cleared is supposed to start, suggesting our agency find "another security vendor" since they haven't found anyone for us. He didn't even have the decency or professionalism to pick up the phone and deliver the news. If there was a way to give negative rating, I would. WARNING: you absolutely get what you pay for. These guys had the lowest rates, but the most unprofessional service I have encountered as a director. read more

Onguard is an upscale security guard company, we were having issues with our previous security guard company who was providing services at our apartment complex, our previous company were calling off frequently, coming late and leaving early and the worst part was that they were charging us hourly rates through the roof, after giving our previous company a notice, we decided to scout for security companies online and came across Onguard, upon contacting onguard I spoke to a security representative who quoted us an affordable hourly rate and he even came and did a walk through and advised us on how he can tighten and advance our security program. The year 2020 brought a lot of chaos with Covid19 and social distancing that resulted in the closure of so many stores and cancellation of business and social events. The social distance of Covid19 made us think that the idea of hosting our event was impossible. Guests were timid of attending and hosts were not willing to gamble on a chance. This is when we thought of using private security to enforce social distancing similar to retail stores. It was PERFECT. We notified our guests that social distance will be practiced with the assistance of private security.
