When she called she was advised they are a "mom and pop shop" and " that's just what they had on hand." And "Covid" If you are a mom and pop shop then your word and ethics are what will keep you open. If you ran out of that product then call the person purchasing. Take the photo down if you don't have it, and put a big disclaimer that you may not even have those flowers. Your substitution policy should be based on cost... not just substituting in cheaper product we can purchase at Kroger. When questioned about the discrepancy, they state their flowers are beautiful and no refunds or credits.
