The staff person gave no instruction or guidelines whatsoever and simply sat by as we tried to figure the place out. One of the more offensive moments came when we were told "I think your time is about up anyway" after one of the staff person's friends entered with her two dogs and we had no idea what the parameters of us being there were. What, just get out now? We felt because we had never been before and weren't familiar with the place that we were unwelcome at this exclusive club. At least our dogs didn't mind the attitude. Don't waste your time.

Apparently she had taken my message as an attempt to immediately cancel all services, which it was not. Instead of allowing me to clarify or get a word in at all, Leslie yelled at me for the duration of two phone calls, hung up on me, and refused to listen to my voicemail. Her behavior was borderline unhinged. She turned a misunderstanding on her part into a verbal assault and complete severance of our contract. This episode was extreme enough that I would no longer trust her with my dog or as a reasonable person with whom to conduct any sort of business.
