I had a bad experience with parking but the general manager reached back out and rectified it.read more

We had an amazing time at the concert last night. The concert itself was fantastic. The acoustics…read morewere ok, the scenery was beautiful, the atmosphere was wonderful, and we were lucky enough to have seats in a box, which made the experience even more special. Unfortunately, the alcohol prices were absolutely appalling and really put a damper on the evening. Over $20 for a beer and nearly $30 for a mixed drink is simply outrageous!! You go to a concert to enjoy yourself, and then you're essentially paying astronomical prices just to have a drink. These prices are higher than what you see at Fenway Park or Yankee Stadium, which is hard to justify. This isn't Boston or New York City. The food trucks were just okay. Nothing particularly memorable but the alcohol pricing was by far the biggest disappointment. If the venue needs to generate more revenue, I would much rather see some of that cost reflected honestly in the ticket price upfront than arrive at the venue and be shocked by ridiculously inflated drink prices. At least then, people know what they're paying for before they get there. It's really disappointing because the venue itself has so much going for it. The concert experience, setting, and atmosphere were all excellent. But the extreme drink prices felt incredibly greedy and out of touch with the people who are coming there to enjoy an evening. Because of that, I honestly don't know if I would return. It's a shame that such a great venue could leave such a negative impression over something that seems so unnecessary.

This station is in Bridgeport near the Black Rock neighborhood. It was recently renamed Fairfield…read moreBlack Rock from Fairfield Metro to avoid confusion. The signs have been updated. I take this train weekly. It is a bit on the pricier size but it is a convenient option to get to the city. The train is clean and safe. There are bathrooms onboard. It is a quiet ride early mornings. The parking lot is free on the weekends, but paid during the week. Recently. A pedestrian walkway was added since people drive like maniacs to catch the train. There are no bathrooms at the station. There is a coffee shop near the train station that opens 6am to 6pm. Overall, I enjoy the convenience of this station. The first time I used it I was confused by the ticketing machine. Now I use the MTA train time app which is more convenient and easier to use. It provides live updates regarding delays and track changes.

This train station is perfect. Close to home about 10 minutes away. The parking lot is huge, plenty…read moreof space to park your car. Usually whenever we need to take the train into the city it is usually on the weekend which means parking is free. The train station has plenty of covered waiting stations so even if it is cold, rainy or snowing you are protected from the elements. If you are picking up or dropping off passengers they have drop off areas where you can park and let out your passengers and it makes itt so easy to pickup or drop off. The train station is very clean, well lit and seems to be very safe.
