I take this train weekly. It is a bit on the pricier size but it is a convenient option to get to the city. The train is clean and safe. There are bathrooms onboard. It is a quiet ride early mornings. The parking lot is free on the weekends, but paid during the week. Recently. A pedestrian walkway was added since people drive like maniacs to catch the train. There are no bathrooms at the station. There is a coffee shop near the train station that opens 6am to 6pm. Overall, I enjoy the convenience of this station. The first time I used it I was confused by the ticketing machine. Now I use the MTA train time app which is more convenient and easier to use. It provides live updates regarding delays and track changes.

He writes a ticket as fast as he can, writes the wrong color of the car on the ticket (How do you get black mixed up with gray) and scurries on his way. 1. Be reasonable 2. If you're going to be a prick, at least do your job and have some attention to detail 3. Don't even bother trying to appeal. They wait to respond until you have to pay double and don't really care what you have to say anyways. These guys are know it alls and legends in their own mind.
