Cameras outdated and they could not recover when and by who in the garage it was done, meaning I did it. Claims department Manager Christopher Mendez does not pick up the phone-has message that he is in the meeting. I called multiple times between 9 AM and 7:20 PM trying to reach him, but message it the same-"I'm on the meeting" 24/7. I wonder if his boss aware of all these meetings and how "busy" this guy is. The cops have checked every propark lot, we've called every number, we've filled out every "contact us" form. They were great at taking our car, sucky at giving it back.

I take this train weekly. It is a bit on the pricier size but it is a convenient option to get to the city. The train is clean and safe. There are bathrooms onboard. It is a quiet ride early mornings. The parking lot is free on the weekends, but paid during the week. Recently. A pedestrian walkway was added since people drive like maniacs to catch the train. There are no bathrooms at the station. There is a coffee shop near the train station that opens 6am to 6pm. Overall, I enjoy the convenience of this station. The first time I used it I was confused by the ticketing machine. Now I use the MTA train time app which is more convenient and easier to use. It provides live updates regarding delays and track changes.
