I hate having to to this but I'm running out of options. My name is Laura Fondeur I have spent the entire month requesting for AAA to terminate all of my P&C AAA and CSAA appointments in the states DE, WV, SD, CT, and PA. I was told to email agentservices@csaa.com and I have been. Several times a day every day. I needed these appointments terminated so that I could start a new job. The job was suppose to start on the 20th and had to be pushed back to the 3rd because of AAA. I was a broker and every other company that I've sold for (20+ companies) terminated my appointments except for AAA. I received an email saying this was done in back in 2022 but it's not true. I'm still showing appointed in the NIPR. I even provided screenshots as proof. This is hindering my opportunity to move forward with a new job prospect. CSAA is the only company that has not completed this request of a list of about 20 different companies in different states that I was appointed in when I was a broker. AAA is now causing problems for me. I haven't worked for AAA since 2022 there's no reason why I should still be appointed in these states with AAA. This lack of action is keeping a single mom from employment. I've made over 15+ attempts at getting this done and all I get is lies, run around, or ignored. Next step is uploading these emails requests and replies to the media either social or local news where it clearly shows how many attempts it takes for AAA insurance to complete a task. If that's how you treat your former agents I don't want to know how you treat your customers. read more

I needed to renew my license. I'm very thankful for the attentive and accommodating staff at your milford location. We went first thing on saturday morning. we were in line and had brand new licenses in hand in under 20 minutes. The picture taker even took the time for me to let me look over the picture and if I wasn't happy with it I'm sure I could have retaken it. I will come back when I need to renew. My mother needed some documents notarized and her bank was not able to help. When I searched online to find where we could have them notarized, I was happy to see that AAA provides that service. We did not need an appointment and the staff helped us right away. We felt safe with their policies due to COVID and the were friendly and professional! The process was quick (and no charge to AAA members!) and we were reminded again why its worthwhile to have AAA membership! read more

The worst roadside experience I have ever had in 55 years. Waited 4 hours and they never showed up. 7 calls and they lied to me every time.

In the past I have had very positive experiences with AAA. However, when my husband and I went to the AAA office in Milford CT on 1/07/2014, our experience was quite the opposite. We went to have our driver's licenses renewed. The experience was truly horrendous . We were treated unprofessionally and rudely by the staff members from the minute we entered the building. We have been AAA members since 2010. Our membership is up for renewal and I have not yet decided if we will be renewing this year. read more

Haven't been at a AAA office for years. Taking a trip to Canada and popped in for a real map. Not only did they have one, but the woman also asked if I needed a tour guide booklet. EZ parking, no lines when I went, and helpful people. read more

Went in on a Saturday to get my drivers license renewed. I was literally in and out within 7 minutes. I'm a AAA member, so I had priority service and didn't have to wait. The staff was excellent, professional and friendly. read more

No wait - or short wait - during weekdays. Easy to renew license! great staff, friendly & helpful! Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is it can be hard to get through over phone for additional info.... otherwise I highly recommend this location & I will be back when it's time to renew! read more

We went in to have our passport photos taken. Since we are plus members the photos were free(that was a bonus). The gentleman that took care of us (I wish we got his name)was courteous, friendly and efficient. I watched as he interacted with other people and I was impressed to say the least. It was an easy trip to AAA and we accomplished one of the many little dreaded chores without the anticipated stress adders. Thanks AAA and your unknown customer service rep! read more

Lost my license and was dreading a visit to the Bridgeport DMV. Stopped by the AAA office in Milford CT and within 20 minutes I had a new license and a 2014 Rand McNally road atlas. It was first thing in the am, for many people a cranky time, but the staff was friendly and very helpful. AND it wasn't even Friday! Will not be using DMV unless absolutely necessary from now on. read more

I stopped in quick to purchase movie tickets on a Friday at around 4:40, and was greeted and taken care of in a matter of moments by a delightful and polite employee. Everyone was either on the phone or assisting other members, and the office seemed to be operating smoothly. The person who waited on me was courteous and conversational. I've never had a bad experience here! read more

aaa trip pic to pa was nearly useless. pa and nj maps were too large and not detailed enought to be of help. scranton was a long term mess of construction that aaa had plenty of time to know about. along with rush hour traffic it took 3 hours to go no where. rural direction were very general...got lost...skid off unmarked hairpin turn in the mountains...no round trip included as promised...sent to stratford office which was closed...had to find milford instead....all calls to figure this out where my trippic went were transferred to the next operator whose line was open and could only provided milford number for me to try later. we used the pa map provided to follow a different, miuch better way home. but, again, this was the big map and didn't show routes in smaller detail to get off mail highway and find tappan zee bridge. it was nightmare from start to finish. the customer service people were not well trained and the product was not what it used to be. very disappointing to say the least. read more

i am also a member of aaa and have been for a few years now. i recently went to the milford aaa to renew my license and to speak to a "travel professional" with respect to booking a cruise for my honeymoon. the women who took care of me while i was renewing my license were wonderful, polite and very friendly. the woman handling the travel was an absolute mess. i stood back in line after renewing my license to see if my fiance and i could meet with her to discuss our honeymoon. she was already working with another customer, which was fine. she stormed out of her cubical and frantically and, in no uncertain terms, told the other girl behind the desk that "she had to finish with the people she was working with, then she had another couple that she had to work with who were waiting and then she was going to lunch, so she could not see us until sometime after 3:30." so, i said to her in a very polite manner, "i understand that you have to take care of these other people first and i was wondering if we could make an appointment after 3:30 to meet with her." her response, in a nasty tone of voice, was "i do no take appointments." so, at that point i looked at my fiance and he looked at me and i said to him "we are out of here and we will never come back to book a trip." read more
