When a business actually provides a phone number and then ANSWERS it, it just makes my little heart sing! That's when I met Allison, who consistently went above and beyond to help me get exactly what was needed in the space, and her guidance was not only spot on, but very very appreciated. In any event, I described what was needed, and we discussed my vision of the event as well as that all important budget. I gave Sara, the designer, control over the flower selection, wanting her to be able to choose the freshest things and keep it seasonal. To say that I was happy would be the understatement of the century. The bride and groom were absolutely overwhelmed at the "reveal", and guests are still talking about it. Of all the vendors I worked with, Allison was hands down the best! She ALWAYS answered her phone, and if she didn't have the answer, told me when I could expect it. They were incredibly understanding when after the initial estimate came in that I had to make a few changes and we got more than I could have ever hoped for for the budget that I had in mind. If I ever need floral design in the area again, there is absolutely no question that SYG will be my supplier.
