I went in for a micro needling session with PRP. She took plenty of time to explain to me the procedure and also asked me if I had questions. Very disappointed with my experience with Monica. I was upsold into spending nearly $800 on Botox, yet the results are barely noticeable where I was told I'd see improvement. It was modern without looking pretentious. You can tell the ownership was going for a chill relaxing vibe. Low lights, cool temperature, neutral colors that sort of setting. My esthetician was Susie and she was AMAZING. Soothing voice, very professional and made me feel comfortable. I am sure she would have talked less if I did but I was busy talking the entire time. Susie spoke always when spoken to but never so much that I felt like our chat wasn't equally relaxing. 90 min felt like 15 min and the only regret I have is that I didn't go for two hours instead of a hour and a half. In addition to getting one of the best facials I have ever had and feeling completely relaxed Proof Aesthetics had THE BEST RELAXING PLAYLIST EVER! First time getting Botox, I was so nervous! A friend recommended this place (she looked AMAZING). It was easy to find, parking was okay but it's near the sprinter station if you don't mind walking and crossing the busy road. Winnie checked me in, she was so chill! She sat with me while I waited and just talked about the different services and showed me pictures. You can tell she's really passionate about making everyone look their best. It made me feel a lot better and made me aware of other treatments available (PRP and Merpheus). I had a consultation with Amina next. She walked me through the process and it felt really relaxed.
