After having a baby and finishing my BFeeding journey i was in search for getting Botox. I was looking for someone who wouldnt make me look frozen and be honest about where i should put it etc. I've had Botox before but Katy really took the time to explain where and how many units. I can still raise my eyebrows and got a nice little eyebrow lift. I can't wait to come back and get some micro needling done! So happy i found this place and have a wonderful experience with these ladies. Thank you again! read more

I have always felt awkward and like I'm out of place walking into med spa's to get Botox or filler. I decided to try True Radiance because it was close to my home and I'm so glad I did. From the first text confirmation to walking in the door it's a totally different experience. I literally feel like I'm meeting up with good friends to make me feel pretty. Katy and Lisa make you feel so welcome and taken care of. I came for a b12 shot and have gone back to have them fix fillers I've done elsewhere. They were amazing and I could not be happier with the results and the whole experience. I've found my place and I'm sticking with them!! read more

Today was my first consultation and actually visit at True Radiance for the treatment of neurotoxin for fine lines. I have nothing but positive things to say about my experience. It felt very welcoming being greeted by Lisa and her great upbeat personality! Follow up with my consult and treatment with Katy who was very kind and super friendly and knowledgeable! Katy took her time explaining what the differences were between all of neurotoxins they use. I ended up getting the Dysport for my treatment. Looking forward to future treatments and to looking my best! Thanks again to both Katy and Lisa. read more

I cannot say enough good things about Katy. She did botox and lip filler for me. She is super knowledgeable and professional. She addressed all of my concerns and gave great suggestions, but was never pushy. She was very gentle. My lips turned out the best they EVER have. I've never had someone be as meticulous as her; she's a perfectionist and almost like an artist. Before I even looked in the mirror, I knew she had done a great job. Incredibly natural looking, pretty and feminine. I'm so excited! And Lisa, who assists with scheduling and patient care, is just as delightful and caring as Katy. They make a great team. They run on time, and the treatment room is clean. Quality care and quality results are clearly both of their priorities. read more

Major review update .. waited several months to get my lips done and was super patient .. they dissolved my lips for free which I super appreciated finally was time to get my lips done months later and I couldn't be more unhappy with my results .. I have never been so bruised in my life .. someone who literally never bruises .. and my lips are beyond uneven .. the one side of my upper lip is bigger than the other the bottom lip has weird bumps and lumps below the lip line and is still wrinkled .. I texted and called immediately and was told it was swelling and I needed to wait 3 weeks they couldn't do anything .. sucked but I waited patiently despite looking like a science project .. finally had my appointment today only to be told that I "looked beautiful" and they didn't think I would ever be pleased with anything they did .. all of this after never even feeling the bumps I was speaking about and only taking a couple of iPad photos .. none of which with my lips puckered which is when the bumps were very evident .. I literally started crying when I was told that they would not dissolve nor fill to smooth out said bumps and they literally told me they did all they could do and that basically I could go and get a second opinion but they would not be helping me further at which point Katy got up and walked out. What customer service is that .. you mess something up royally, pretend you don't see evident issues that everyone else sees, and then tell someone they are stuck that way? Someone who told you they saved up this money for a while to be able to do this? You literally offered no way to rectify the situation .. I am DUMBFOUNDED and disgusted by this. avoid this place at all costs .. they will seem really sweet until you don't like how something looks, then they will tell you to kick rocks and leave you in the dark. read more

This team is a 5 star team. Katy and Lisa are honest, knowledgeable, and open to the needs of their clients. I have been going to True Radiance for vitamin infusions. It's been a year since my first infusion (5 total). My annual blood work was transformed. Not only do I feel better but physically/chemically I am healthier. My doctor said to keep getting them. I am no longer low in certain vitamins and minerals. I feel great, energetic, and my skin glows. The room i get the infusions in is cozy, warm and spa like. They'll make you a coffee or tea and make sure you're relaxed and comfortable. It's a great opportunity to take this time for me. It's me time. Thank you Lisa and Katy for helping me become healthier. read more

If I could give 10 stars, I would. As a cancer survivor, I am so thankful to have found True Radiance in my search for hair regrowth procedures. I wish I had before and after pictures to show the readers of this review the incredible evidence of my results from the PRP procedure I get every 4 months. Katy and Lisa are absolutely the best. Warm, friendly, professional. They do everything possible to make it comfortable and fast to manage the discomfort. I truly can't recommend them enough. Katy and Lisa changed my life. I have had horrible TMJ pain for years and years and it even begun to cause ear fullness. I went to true radiance to see if they could help me and they went above and beyond to make sure I felt better. Katy worked over multiple sessions to get my dose of masseter botox perfect. Katy and Lisa are hands down the MOST knowledgeable in the field of aesthetics. They will work on a plan for all your needs and are careful in reviewing what will/will not work. I have been to a few different places for Dysport (my fave doesn't respond well to Botox) and I absolutely love the result! She knows her placements FOR SURE! I like to be a little more frozen than the average person, but not completely look like a plastic Barbie doll and we worked on a PERFECT plan! They are sooo friendly and SOOOO FUNNY! I love the team here at True Radiance! I've never had Botox before but had wanted to get a few units done to give me more confidence. Lisa and Katy make a great team! Their approach to Botox is to keep it as natural as possible which not only is a more desired result, but it was nice feeling like I needed to have a ton of Botox pumped into me to feel better about myself. I just feel like an enhanced version of myself and much more confident about some premature wrinkles. I will be recommending TR to everyone I know! read more

I recently had pdo lifting threads treatment and I could not be happier! The results are supposed to take several months to notice since the threads work with your bodies own collagen to lift but I noticed a difference right away! Katie and Lisa took care of me and I was never nervous or had any uncertainties since they were so calming and competent. Katie is a total pro and although she made me aware that I might feel a pinch, I never felt a thing, since she was so gentle. I have never done any treatments before and it was a very relaxing and pleasant experience. I would 100% recommend True Radiance Aesthetics to anyone looking for treatments in San Diego area. I will definitely be returning and I am so happy to have trusted the team to perform this treatment. read more
