I understand that results can vary from person to person, but when a provider has documented that a treatment isn't producing any results, I would expect them to stand behind their service and work toward a fair resolution. Instead, I was told they would not issue any refund for the unused treatments. The lack of customer service and unwillingness to make things right was just as disappointing as the ineffective treatment itself. I spent a significant amount of money and was left with no results and no meaningful resolution.
