The prices are fair enough for most things if not competitive. The store is located on a very busy main road, Which can be a bit of pain to get out of. Getting into it, however, is easy enough. Calling them can be a pain as the number on almost all their websites number goes to their tire service department, not to their main desk. Which is something I would think they would fix. Because it must be an Aggravation for customers and employees alike. Aside from that, the employees are knowledgeable kind and very helpful. I have not bought tires here since they were bought out. However, others have and they say that the deals are good. So budget shopping is an option. A bit of a tight parking lot however it's never super busy so that should not be a problem. Give them a call and see if they can help and answer any of your questions.

They have a Keurig system in the lobby, so the coffee is fresh & hot. I noticed they have a kid's play area, too. Kudos for the forethought & effort. AAA came to jump my car, and when that didn't solve the problem they towed me here. I didn't know what to expect, but I was so pleased by the kindness and promptness of the team here. I had no appointment and understood I could be without a car for a few days. But within 48 hours my car was working and back to me again. Things that stood out-their team is direct and goes above and beyond for you! They told me everything that I needed to know about my car troubles (ultimately a new battery) and things that I should look into (due for oil change and state inspection). They did all of this work for a reasonable price and I know I'll be coming back here in the future (hopefully with a scheduled appointment and not a breakdown). I highly recommend getting your car serviced here :) The do a great job, and it's walking distance to many great coffee and breakfast options if you have time to kill.

Unlike last time, I could lock/unlock her from the fob just fine, but when I turned the key in the ignition all I heard was CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK CLICK. My dashboard was lit up with every anxiety-inducing icon, the console info display flashing with endless warnings... but my lights worked, my radio worked, my key worked. I called a tow truck assuming - based on my research and a quick call to my mechanically-savvy dad - that this time it was my starter or alternator (she's not a new car, friends, but I love her so much and she only recently hit 50K miles). The tow truck guy came, took a look under the hood, and told me there was something wrong with my battery. I called Meineke and word dumped on them about what the problem was. They - effortlessly calm, cool, and collected like always - told me to "come on by". A half hour later I had a(nother) brand new battery. No charge, no fuss, no real wait. Apparently the first battery I got was defective (no fault of Meineke or mine). They use Interstate here and it looks like the performance warranty for most passenger vehicle batteries is like a year. I called my dad back to tell him, and apparently this exact thing had just happened to him a couple months ago - the big difference being that he brought his truck to a garage and they spent a week trying to diagnose the problem, never thinking it could be his brand new battery. The long winded story? Yeah, okay, I trust these guys. I like their friendly dogs, I like the way they interact with each other, and I like the way they talk to their customers. I'd also like to not have to see them again anytime soon, but for now: THANKS, FELLAS.
