It took two months before I could get my child in for an assessment. The company provided zero assistance with insurance and prolonged the process by refusing to contact the insurance on their own. Then when addressed for unprofessionalism I was ignored by staff and hire ups. After three month of waiting the team denied my child services due to personal feelings about keeping my child in her preschool program and refused to discuss the matter stating that my family is not a good fit for the company. This after I already unenrolled her from daycare and transportation services. I would not recommend this company as they are primarily concerned with funding and obtaining an excessive amount of service hours.
