Cassandra is the clinical director of Promise ABA, and we just started communicating with Anna under Cassandra's expert supervision. Nellie is our current, new ABA BT. She is wonderful with our kids, has a loving and playful spirit, and is excellent at providing gentle but firm boundaries and making expectations clear. She loves working in ABA, and her passionate commitment to the field shines through. Destiny Castro was our previous BT at Promise ABA, and she was exceptionally kind, professional, insightful, and just wonderful to be around. Destiny is an aide at a school during the day, and she has extensive experience with children with special needs. She is thoughtful, caring, and has a deep understanding of neuro-affirming approaches and the unique, complex needs of neurodiverse children. As a parent, it can feel overwhelming trying to find the right support for your child, but the team here has been very welcoming from the beginning. Everyone we've interacted with has been kind and friendly, and they make the environment feel comfortable for both kids and parents. My son's BCBA, Lana, has been amazing. She's very easy to talk to and always takes the time to listen. She gives really helpful feedback and is great at helping us problem-solve when challenges come up. One thing that meant a lot to me was that she came with us to my son's IEP meeting to support us. That level of care and involvement really shows how much she cares about the kids and families she works with. On my initial visit the front desk staff checked me in quickly and provided the required paperwork. The facility and examination rooms are clean, modern and up to date. So was very disappointed when simple, basic standards of care were not met on several occasions by his rude office staff. 9 out of 10 times you will be placed on hold when calling, not even a friendly voice asking if they can put you on hold, just sound of someone picking up and then sending you to hold music. Was literally on hold for 23 minutes with no live person attempting to check in. Another issue was labs, bloodwork. They will always try to get you to have them drawn in office to make more money and convenient for them. If you draw outside at different lab due to your ins, then you can forget about getting the results from them. I had to keep calling week after week to remind and follow up. Never did I get call back from Dr, instead they made me make an appointment to come in and see the doctor after weeks of waiting just to tell me that all was normal?! Then on separate visit I waited over an hour to be called Back in when I had an appointment. Never made a fuss, understood things happen. What's not right is the double standard when I was a little late to my appointment due to an emergency. Was nowhere near an hour late like they've kept me waiting on numerous occasions. Yet they will automatically turn you away if you're 16 min late and reschedule you 3 weeks away. No empathy shown, no medical questions asked to see why you even need to see the Dr, or what it took for the patient to get there. Asked if the Dr or NP can see in between other patients or wait to see if someone didn't show, and even that wasn't allowed. The receptionist refused to even ask or relay message to Dr. Stated they were "busy" and started offering dates minimum 3 weeks away! Have never witnessed such callous actions from a medical office. Basic, simple standards of care we should expect from our providers are; -getting thru to a live person without first being on hold for 22 minutes -a Dr who cares, remembers you and follows up on your lab work instead of you having to chase down results yourself. - Being able to leave a message for your doctor and get a call back. -an office staff that treats you like a patient vs a number or inconvenience. Really wanted to like this place and Dr, but the negative experiences have much outweighed any positives. Not that they care, but my husband and I will be looking for new provider. As medical professionals we DO NOT recommend this place.

I had a feeling i would not like the sessions there, but I waited anyway and did my evaluation then 1 more session after that. My first appointment there it took over 45 min before i saw and talked to the therapist, and i did have an appointment made already. After asking a few questions and checking my range of motion, which took less than 10-15 mins top, she was done. I still went back for one session after that, and after doing a 45 min session, which 15 mins was done on the stationary bike, then the rest of the exercises on a bed, i knew i would not go back. The person assisting me with the exercises just told me what to do and left the room. They did not stay to watch and correct my posture. The person that did help me and the receptionist were great, but i just felt like i would not get better from my treatments there.

Date of visit: February 19, 2025…read more Experience: Brought my dad here for his first visit and was a bit nervous internally cause I usually do not bring my dad to these kind of things. But had to step up cause my mom was out of town and my brother was working. There was no handicapped parking right in front of the location considering this place deals with providing physical therapy. Fortunately, there was parking in front of the facility, so I was able to get my dad into his wheelchair and wheel him to the place. Dad's appointment was at 1:30PM, but we got there a couple of minutes earlier just in case. When we entered, we were greeted by Elisa (not sure if I got her name right lolz) and she assisted us right away while her coworker, Lucy (so bad with names rofl), was helping another customer. We had maybe about 8 or so forms to fill out since he was a new patient there, but Elisa gave us good instructions to follow for each form and we sat down in the corner of the lobby as she scanned my dad's ID and insurance cards. She even moved out one of the end chairs so I could roll dad into place next to me in his wheelchair. As we filled out the paperwork, I noticed people coming in and out of the facility that were greeted with a genuine hello and goodbye with a hint of conversation and compliments for each of the customers as they called them by name. It was fun to watch too after we turned in our competed paperwork. We probably were see a bit after 1:30pm since we had to finished paperwork and the PT wasn't ready to see us just yet. So Hanna (not sure of spelling) was the PT that saw my dad and we had his evaluation in her office. She was very knowledgeable and made the info she was giving my dad easy to consume that he opted into continuing with wanting physical therapy at this location. She checked his range of motion and even demonstrated some exercises he could do while laying down till he comes back to his first physical therapy session. After the assessment, we were told to go back into the lobby to schedule an appointment with the front desk and that a plan of action for his physical therapy will be ready for him when he comes back. Elisa wrote out my dad's next appointment on a card for him after he decided which dates he would want to do. Overall, I was getting a lot of good vibes from this place and it was great seeing the interactions they had with their customers. Really hoping that this will be beneficial for my dad in the long run!

My daughter worked with two OT therapists before meeting Kiana, but neither were as thorough or as helpful as her. I cannot thank Kiana enough for her incredible patience and for taking the time to explain almost everything she works on with my daughter. A big thank you also goes to Hannah for being just as amazing when she stepped in to cover. My daughter also worked with another covering therapist Carrie, and she was just as helpful and kind. Overall, every therapist we've encountered here seems to give 100% to each child. I fully trust that my daughter will always have a positive and productive experience every time she comes.
