When I called Denise she would always try to laugh it off and try to manipulate the situation saying they couldn't find anyone that work with our schedule -Said schedule in question- Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm Denise did say she was going to call me the next day ... 3 days have past My daughter is supposed to be receiving 30.5 hours a WEEK we barely make it to 6hours a week Even after leaving the company I waited weeks for her final progress report , so I called (weeks after) and they said they are still working on it !!!!!!!!!!!!!! TLR- go to this company if you really don't care to actually get your child consistent help & also the receptionist always answers the calls as if I'm calling her personal phone. Bad communication between staff .often fail to follow up with patients as promised.also they don't resolve patients issues effectively. It has truly helped to reduce feelings of overwhelm, anxiety, fear, and impulsivity. I am seeing shifts in maturity and empathy with my children. Struggles at home are reducing and we are enjoying our time together more. Dr. Licata is incredibly knowledgeable and a collaborative partner when it comes to planning my kids care. All of the staff are incredibly nice, professional and accommodating. We adore Isabella, Analisa and Mateo. The office is clean and comfortable, and who doesn't love watching a good show in a super comfy chair? As far as therapies go, this one is relatively easy to get my kids' compliance on. I'm grateful we found it and highly recommend!

The whole team at the office are friendly, compassionate, and professional, and the space is calm and comfortable. In the short time I've been bringing my son to this program, overall I've seen a definite…read moreimprovement in his behavior and speech. Prior to him attending Helping Hands, he was saying his ABCs and 123s but not correctly. He's been non verbal basically and still can't put a sentence together, but now he started saying mom and dad because of this program. They work with him and use different methods and tactics, and also positive reinforcements, that I honestly need to work on. They communicate with me daily to let me know his progress and how I can also help him at home. I'm very happy with this program and the amazing people who put in the time to help these kids thrive and I'm so glad I found them.

Choosing Holding Hands over other facilities is the best decision I have made. Everything is clean ( including their restrooms) Toys are sanitized and well organized. Everyone is friendly and warm. One more thing I love about this facility is that they LISTEN. It is very important to me that people will listen to my concerns, and even if I dont say it, they will give suggestions and inform me of what I need to know, they are able to adjust to and accomodate my requests to meet the needs of my daughter and they were able to resolve issues professionally in a timely manner. Our BCBA Michelle and Janise are very smart, competent and knowledgeable, my daughter's therapist, Angela, is very professional, efficient and dedicated to her work. All of them have been very supportive, understanding and patient, I cant thank them enough for everything they have done. My daughter is hyperactive and runs away from me, she refused to hold my hand or sit still when needed, thats why its hard for me to take her out in public places by myself, its always been a struggle, but she has changed so much just a few weeks of her session, I will never forget the day I was able to take my daughter with me as I run errands, she walked next to me holding my hand.
