Promise ABA is a wonderful company that has people of high integrity, care, compassion, and support. They are very responsive, organized, and deeply invested in our child's care. She is an exceptional administrator whose professionalism, promptness, kindness, and organizational skills streamline the process and keep the ship running smoothly. I have nothing but rave reviews for her exceptional work. Jenny is outstanding at multitasking, communicating promptly with outside vendors, parents, and clinicians with professionalism. Sahak and Anna are very caring clinicians who want the absolute best for our child. They are very receptive to providing parent education, understanding of a busy parent's schedule, and were extremely empathetic and responsive to parent concerns. Cassandra is the clinical director of Promise ABA, and we just started communicating with Anna under Cassandra's expert supervision. Nellie is our current, new ABA BT. She is wonderful with our kids, has a loving and playful spirit, and is excellent at providing gentle but firm boundaries and making expectations clear. She loves working in ABA, and her passionate commitment to the field shines through. Destiny Castro was our previous BT at Promise ABA, and she was exceptionally kind, professional, insightful, and just wonderful to be around. Destiny is an aide at a school during the day, and she has extensive experience with children with special needs. She is thoughtful, caring, and has a deep understanding of neuro-affirming approaches and the unique, complex needs of neurodiverse children. We had a wonderful year with Destiny, and she became part of our family. I would highly recommend Destiny for any position related to supporting autistic and neurodiverse children due to her professionalism, compassion, deep engagement, and astute insights. read more

My 5-year-old son has been attending Promise ABA for about 6 months now, and we've had a really positive experience. As a parent, it can feel overwhelming trying to find the right support for your child, but the team here has been very welcoming from the beginning. Everyone we've interacted with has been kind and friendly, and they make the environment feel comfortable for both kids and parents. My son's BCBA, Lana, has been amazing. She's very easy to talk to and always takes the time to listen. She gives really helpful feedback and is great at helping us problem-solve when challenges come up. One thing that meant a lot to me was that she came with us to my son's IEP meeting to support us. That level of care and involvement really shows how much she cares about the kids and families she works with. A scetchy company that puts profit over clients. If you want to find a company that will be willing to provide the services by adjusting to your family needs or dynamics, this is the wrong place to look at. They will push their plan on you (so they milk as much as they can from you or your insurance), and if you are someone who wants modifications or additions to the plan, they will just refuse you. In my child's case, I asked for 6-9 hours a week for the first couple of months. At first, they told me that the insurance will not cover such a small amount of hours because that's almost nothing and so that means the child is not that severely in need of ABA. Then, after I called my insurance and clarified this stellar theory to be absolute nonsense, Promise ABA came up with another excuse to add more hours - the therapists will not take the case because they need more hours. Of course, the therapist that they assigned to us confirmed that she was fine with 6-9 hours a week and that it worked perfectly fine with her schedule. At this point we started the services, and after literally two sessions the company called and stated that they have to decline the case because 6-9 hours won't be sufficient to meet the set goals during the initial assessment. Maybe all these elaborated lies work well with other clients who have language barriers or insufficient knowledge about the field, but guys, come on, who are you really fooling around? Clinical goals can be set to be accomplished in a reasonable amount of time, not to mention that they can be adjusted accordingly. To sum up, I got billed for an assessment that is useless because no other company will need since each company wants to do their own assessment when taking a new client (don't worry, Promise ABA, I checked this info before typing it in here, just like I always do). And now, I will have to pay more in order to start services with another (hopefully more reputable, realistic, and client-oriented) company. This could have been less stressful if we had MediCal. However, if you have private insurance like us, stay away from Promise ABA. Save time, money and nerves. You deserve to work with a clinic that respects your child's unique needs because you know your child best. Good luck:) read more

I'm not even sure where to begin! My sister would rarely interact with our family, would say no more than 15 words, and would have violent temper tantrums if we offered her anything other than her IPad. We were hesitant when Promise ABA came into our lives because these were strangers who would be socializing with my sister, and as a family, we were afraid of negative outcomes. Lily's journey began with an initial evaluation and progressed to in-home therapy. She was assigned three therapists, one of whom was a supervisor. They had been our blessings!!! They not only connected with my sister, but they also became our teachers! They assisted all of us in understanding Lily's needs and what he was looking for, whether it was physical or emotional. As a family member of an autistic child, it is all too easy to become frustrated and lose hope in any progress they may not meet. Promise Aba is a wonderful organization filled with professional team members such as bcba's and supervisors who work efficiently with parents and the child itself. There are a wide range of services offered to improve and work on a child's needs for not only life but school itself. A child's behavioral needs are targeted with not only the supervisor's expertise but also the behavioral therapist whether it be at a school site or in the home session. We aim to provide the best possible interventions that are tailored to successfully improve the child's social, emotional, and behavioral output. The staff is patient, lenient, caring and most of all motivational to be the best service provider for the child.
