I had…read moreto have bone graft surgery and then an ACL revision surgery due to a previous ACL reconstruction that went bad. I started with her the day after the first surgery in springtime. After spending the last 4 years hobbling around in pain, I had very little quad strength and my knee kept hyperextending. But Naomi got my leg strong after the bone graft surgery and in just a few months. I expected to start again after the ACL revision surgery in August. But all the work she guided me through after the April surgery helped me tremendously. I didn't have any pain and was able to walk much faster than after the original ACL reconstruction and the bone graft. She has helped both mentally and physically with her encouragement. After years of feeling helpless that my knee will never be the same, I finally have hopes to getting back to all my physical strength and activities prior to my original accident 4 years ago. I'm able to do things I haven't been able to do in years thanks to my surgeon and Naomi. I have become so reliant on her and look forward to my PT sessions. I have had PT before that just felt like work. But I don't feel that way at this Aspire PT facility and it's because of Naomi. I came in weak and in pain, hoping to head off another hip replacement. I finished much stronger with improved balance and range - and with simple, effective exercises to work at home. I'm walking much better, even tackling stairs and distance better. I've done PT several times (hip, knee, shoulders, back) over the past 5-6 years (some pre and post surgeries, some arthritis help) in Orange County. My experience at Aspire in Glendale was far superior! Here's the thing: it's a good, strong business and run very well. From first visit and front desk scheduling thru dozens of sessions - it's no nonsense. Things start and end on time. Sessions were tailored to "how I'm doing that day" - and where I need to go next. Robert is a wonderful, very professional health care expert - and stays super engaged throughout the whole process. He keeps it positive and keeps it fun. The aides who worked with me were focused, well supervised and brought a great blend of encouragement and coaching for results. We did the work - and I got stronger and better every session. I started my visits for an old sports hip/knee injury which no doctor was really able to figure out, until one finally wrote me a PT recommendation. I have been seeing amazing improvement with Sam. They're extremely knowledgeable and I've learned a lot during my sessions. I used to have pretty bad balance, and my feet would hurt every time I went on longer walks. For some reason, those were things that I just kind of accepted for a long time, without even realizing it was all related. I feel no more pain, I am a lot less scared of stairs, hikes with uneven ground, split squats/unilateral exercises in general, and I'm slowly becoming able to run again. I used to be pretty athletic as a teen and that's how long I've had this injury. After all this time, I have been slowly trying to get back to being healthy, strong and mobile again, despite the pain. I finally switched my mindset from "I can't run/jump/etc so I'm not going to do it", to wanting to figure out why I had trouble with those things, so we could fix it. But I wouldn't have been able to make so much progress so quickly without Sam's expertise.

I deeply regret ever putting my father in this facility. He experienced theft my father had named…read morebrand clothing and crystal items we wanted for him to feel comfortable, his personal property was stolen and money we took for him to purchase goodies was taken as well. Meds that were given were not needed. He had soars under his waist from lying around with no help to move around. He fell from his bed and didn't like their food. So we took his favorites on a daily basis. His food was thrown away. After the COVID-19 7days restrictions were completed he was never given a health plan the family was not called to let them know of Physical therapy was needed to help him move around. No special diet was needed. Then why? were they given my dad purred food. He lost a lot of weight and in 1 month time got sicker. He was a active dyeing patient but still deserved respect and well treatment. I am filling a small claim for damages, stolen property, and neglections. Everyone loved ones' deserve to be happy in there resting place of home away from home, unfortunately my dad wasn't.

She finally went to his room pretended to open the window so we could see him from the outside, she told us the window was "locked" and to call him instead or to come back on Monday... Tried calling him 5 times, the operator connected me to his room but the phone just kept ringing.... none of my family members were able to see or speak with him during the time that he was there. They feed them garbage food and give them sleeping pills. I'm not sure how they are still in business. It's very questionable. We asked them to pack his things so they can release him, they told us they can't lol. We had to speak with their supervisor. This place is a joke. Please reconsider if you are planning on taking anyone here.

Exercise was like breathing for me. I didn't want to give it up. In fact, I wanted to do more. I had seen a chiropractor on-and-off for 20 years, received massages and acupuncture. The aches would subside but reoccur not too long afterwards. A body-builder friend referred me to Kirk Albert. The relief began immediately. Kirk's manipulation of my muscles along with the stretches and exercises he gave me for homework handled the exact muscles that were causing me trouble. It wasn't over night, but the results were lasting and cumulative. Today I'm 54 years old, train for triathlons, lift weights, am more flexible and breathe easier than twenty years ago. I didn't think it was possible for me to ever have this level of activity again. Based on the reviews here, clearly others have had better experiences with Jane…read more I came to Jane for assistance with a complicated vestibular disorder that was clearly beyond Jane's scope of knowledge and training. Rather than acknowledging this, Jane insisted she would be able to address my issues, refused to communicate her treatment plan to my doctor, and attempted to provide a treatment with which she was completely unfamiliar and could have compromised my later eligibility for a clinical trial. Jane also knowingly compromised my access to other physical therapy through my health plan by wasting covered visits. I am, unfortunately, very familiar with the complexity involved in treating patients with rare disorders. Providers who choose not to be honest with patients regarding their own expertise and familiarity with a patient's symptoms do a great disservice to these patients by exacerbating an already very difficult set of circumstances.
