When it carne time to do the work his crew was amazing. They did everything he said they would do, and they were very friendly and knowledgeable, too. They cleared the water damaged and replaced the drywall so well it doesn't even look like we ever had an incident. The rate was very reasonable, too. We did have to make a deposit first, and then pay final payment when the work was complete which I expected and is fair. Overall we are VERY pleased and will use him and his services again. We had another company in mind but then decided to move forward with weekly cleaning services because Tony advised us his service guys check the outlets etc. during every visit, which never happened. We then had multiple issues with our pool and multiple service tickets were ignored. Our last straw: I put a card on file and was charged my weekly amount on 7/3/26 making certain I did not select auto pay. I was then charged another full month of service 3 days later. When I spoke with the office I received a rude email stating "I must be confused" and that I set up auto pay to pay 15 days in advance which was not correct. They advised they would honor the additional payment until 7/31/26 However, no service was provided on 7/27/26. This company is a joke. They even fired one of their guys who Would just push the dirt to one side of the pool and take a picture from the clean side for the reports. Do yourself a favor go with another company.
