When it carne time to do the work his crew was amazing. They did everything he said they would do, and they were very friendly and knowledgeable, too. They cleared the water damaged and replaced the drywall so well it doesn't even look like we ever had an incident. The rate was very reasonable, too. The transparency and honesty was a welcome change from a lot of other landscaping companies. He scheduled the time for when construction was to start and his team came in and worked hard and fast. The concrete and drainage was finished in a week and a half - no waiting for days or weeks around to start work and get the job finished, unlike some other houses we saw in the neighborhood.
