The polyurethane lacquer was badly chipped on these and required careful stripped to protect the beautiful maple frames. The original electrical system stopped working suddenly after only 15 months of mild use! Filing a claim with Macy's warranty company was cumbersome, required duplicating the initial warranty claim in a second software program, in a phone app, for the repair company, that that wouldn't load required, duplicative videos, and it took 4 months to get the part and set the appointment!! No reflection on the repair service, though: they arrived when promised and work was completed quickly.
