He and his crew were great guys-- honest, reliable, amazing work ethic (they did our job on our big 1890s house in the winter, with no issues-- we have a very high roof, and it was a big and tough job all around). I am so impressed. Also it gives real peace of mind to know the gutters now will not rot out; they were the original wood gutters and we wanted to preserve the historic look of the house (lots of detailed, carved molding) and not have to keep repairing the gutters in patchwork-pieces.

I cannot speak more highly of Mr. Eric Zhang and his team for a bathroom renovation. I would rank…read morethem more than 5 Stars if I could. Quite simply, they are the best. They gut renovated both of our bathrooms, which was no easy task considering the overall age of our house, size of our bathroom, and required customization. They are incredibly hard working and always checked with us about our needs during the construction period. We feel very fortunate that we hired them. The quality of work in our bathrooms is top notch. Their ability to proceed with care, efficiency, problem-solve, communicate, and their attention to detail is outstanding. We feel like we had so many tall requests for this project and they delivered on all of them.
