He provided a detailed written contract, walked me through his process, answered all of my questions, and ensured the workspace was cleaned at the end of each day. Even when the project extended beyond the original timeline, I appreciated that Ben kept me updated about the challenges he was facing. His communication and transparency were reassuring. Unfortunately, the strong communication didn't last. Toward the end of the project, Ben became unresponsive. Two important tasks remain unfinished, the correction of a gutter that was improperly installed over my back porch and the removal of a large "Bagster - Dumpster in a Bag" filled with trash from the wall replacement. The last time I spoke with Ben was on May 14. He mentioned he was completing another project in GA and would contact me when he returned. Over a month later, with several unanswered messages, I'm having to find someone else to fix the gutter and figuring out how to dispose of the waste left on my property. Ben and his team clearly do quality work, but I'm disappointed in how the project was left incomplete. He finally left after demanding extra payment for the softener which he left and it was still dripping water all over the new garage floor. Never came back. Never responded. I had to hire a company to come reconnect it and fix his terrible workmanship. The epoxy has a yellow tint and debris that is stuck in the epoxy topping. The floors are not the quality that was advertised. I also blew up on me when I told him I didn't want to be charged for the softener bc it was being done unprofessionally. We settled for second-choice items to "speed up" the renovation, yet still had to wait on other items, meaning we could have had our first choice anyway. Weeks into the "one-week" renovation, we saw less and less of them, as they had gotten busy with three other jobs before completing mine. We had to call them back after two weeks of not showing up at all to complete the job. We could not use our bathroom for more than two months, and once we did, we noticed things undetectable to the naked eye, such as puddling in the corner of the shower, or the window ledge being at three different angles!
