Perhaps a sauna? Renaud has an indoor pool with open (general) swim area, lap lanes, water features, and a hot tub. The gym includes workout machines and free weights. Cycling, rowing, walking and stair machines are nearby. Personal trainers can coach you for additional cost. The gym has multiple basketball courts for half-court play or single shooting practice, plus volleyball courts. A 1/10-mile overhead walking track circles the workout area and overlooks the basketball activity. At additional cost to the reasonable single, couple or family memberships are dozens of classes on health, fitness, personal growth, and entertainment for adults and children. Locker rooms include showers and no-charge locks are available. Convenient parking.

I signed up for Black Card membership and have yet to been able to take advantage of the various amenities, because nobody is focused on ensuring members can utilize the services in the Black Card area. It's sad because while there must be over 10 members of the staff walking around or manning the front desk, they are all focused on signing. People up or walking potential members around. That leaves current members struggling how to operate the various machines in the "Black Card" zone. Maybe I should have waited until they were better established. Currently, I would recommend just signing up for a basic membership until such time as they can operate the facility and ensure new Black Card members can utilize the facility. The facility is great though. Staff appears a bit overwhelmed.

The staff at the Y club does not require IDs however, if you go in the staff at the front desk, always ask for a photo ID and will not take my safe at home ID, which is what I am required to carry. Every single time it's an issue and they have to call Courtney over. When you pick up for aftercare the gentleman that is always there sits at a makeshift desk and refuses to get up to come to your car to have you sign out your kids, not a big big deal but when you have an infant in your car all the time it's very inconvenient and I do not like leaving him in the car alone. I say this every single time and every single time he refuses to come to my car so I can sign the girls out. There have been a couple other instances and I'm hoping the school year just goes a lot smoother.

DONT GO TO F45 DARDENNE PRAIRE SOUTH…read more I shouldn't have to be a little keyboard warrior about this but I'm not getting heard any other way. About a year and a half ago I bought a year membership with F45 Dardenne prairie south location. In July of 2023 I called to cancel with the owner Greg. He assured me this was no problem and that my account would be canceled. Come August I was charged again. When I called Greg he said he had no recollection of me calling and that he usually says he has people email and then cancels 30 days from that. I reluctantly agreed and sent an email. October, November and December have come around and I have gotten charged for all of these months. I have tried to call and email multiple times and have sometimes gotten an answer from Greg Cenatiempo saying he would work on it. He currently owes me 556 dollars. Now being more vocal about it I have heard that this location and his rock hill location have this problem frequently and that I shouldn't expect to get my money back because when he has to refund people he gets charged $25. I didn't want to post on the internet but it seems I won't be heard any other way. I have messaged other managers saying that Greg is the one who deals with memberships. All I want is my account canceled and my money refunded. I have email receipts to prove all my communications with the f45 email and absolutely no response. DO NOT GO TO THE F45 DARDENNE PRAIRE SOUTH LOCATION.
