They also have a large schedule from early morning to late evenings. There are two different packages - one for just this location and one for all locations. They are higher priced then most gyms but I do feel it is worth it. They also will give your friends a free trial to come try out the location with you before enrolling them. I signed up for Black Card membership and have yet to been able to take advantage of the various amenities, because nobody is focused on ensuring members can utilize the services in the Black Card area. It's sad because while there must be over 10 members of the staff walking around or manning the front desk, they are all focused on signing. People up or walking potential members around. That leaves current members struggling how to operate the various machines in the "Black Card" zone. Maybe I should have waited until they were better established. Currently, I would recommend just signing up for a basic membership until such time as they can operate the facility and ensure new Black Card members can utilize the facility. The facility is great though. Staff appears a bit overwhelmed.

Their machines are high end, they even have wireless charging capabilities for your phone, and you can sync your watch or fitness tracker directly to the machine. I've also been utilizing their personal training for a few months. I just wanted to try it! I can tell that they can tailor it to your level - I am very very beginner level, but I see other folks that are not. I chose to park next to her as I usually park in the spot she took. It is in-front of the loading docks, I am usually only at the gym for 30 minutes and this business does not receive semi truck related shipments during those hours so I see no issue parking there. However Lauren had some interesting threats to make today. A while back she told me that the area is employee parking only. So I asked around to multiple people. Trainers, all the way to the regular employees that say Hi when you walk in. NONE of them had known there was employee parking. As well when i got my tour of the store, she stated since the parking lot is small, that parking is limited, and her employees can "always find somewhere else to park" She came storming up to me today in the middle of the busy gym demanding about how I need to move my car and a tow truck is on the way. I know legally she cannot tow it so I let her express her childish anger and told her it will be moved when I leave. She yelled about how I have 5 minutes to move it then it will be towed. After a short discussion with Lauren she said that it is a fire lane. So I asked "I don't understand why you're allowed to block the fire lane then." And she said "Because I am the owner, you're just a visitor" And that her "boss" said she HAS to park there so no one else does. She said she legally can tow anyone's car whenever she wants due to her posted private parking signs "all over the lot" what I found from a simple parking lot walk around was nothing close. Included in the photos are no truck parking signs, and 24/7 surveillance signs. Most likely to guarantee nothing but empty promises on how well your car is protected. I am beyond upset with the professionalism and the choice of who should franchise this business, they show nothing but disrespect, disappointment and underwhelming promises of a good gym visit. At this point I only choose this gym for their price
