Shawn took a look around, listened to what I had in mind, and thankfully told me what would or wouldn't work. He picked a beautiful quartz counter top, gave me options to choose from for the paint, faucet and hardware. He has a great team working for him. They were respectful and trustworthy. The refinished cabinets look like new. They do high quality work. He made his best effort to get things done within the time frame discussed but, as with any renovation, there were some unexpected issues that led to minor delays and affected cost. I really appreciated how his main concern was that I was happy with the end result. We also worked with his designer to select materials, and she created gorgeous 3D renderings so we knew exactly what to expect before construction began. I spoke with several companies, but Matan was completely transparent upfront about what could realistically be done. He will do whatever it takes to minimize surprises and avoid change orders. We obtained four estimates and Kevin's team came in at a reasonable cost (and locally owned). Kevin helped us with our vision, connected with his shop to pick up color/patterns of cultured marble and assisted in identifying a specific thermostatic valve. Kevin's estimate was right on point and did not include any cost surprises. About a year and a half after the work was completed, one of the towel racks became lose and we were concerned that it was an installation issues... Kevin's team promptly came out and repaired (turned out the rack had proper fasteners and installed correctly so damage was our fault). Really happy that we went with a local contractor who knows these homes really well!

I've never worked with someone so dedicated to the success of their client. She spent 2.5 hours on the phone with me going over my initial ideas, inspiration photos and design in great detail. She was constantly sending me pictures to demonstrate new ideas she had, new design possibilities and more. - She also isn't afraid to push back on your ideas! For example, I had a type of custom sink I wanted to install and Shelly very nicely explained to me how doing so would be a bad idea - I am so glad she did!!! I looove what she came up with instead! - She really gets to know her clients on a deep level, which is why she's so talented at designing spaces that really, really reflect the client. My bathroom is 100% ME but also 100% BETTER than it would have been if I had not worked with her as my designer! I get compliments on it constantly. - Shelly is tireless in her efforts! We had to modify the shower door design and also find a way to recess a mirror into a wall.
