We are so happy with the fence that Magnolia put up for us. To start off we weren't even going to…read moreget a quote from them. We had another local fence company come out and give us a quote on a wood fence we wanted. The price was reasonable, they had good reviews, and the pictures we saw of their work looked good. I had some follow up questions after they delivered the quote and I never heard back from them. A week later we call Magnolia and they had someone come and talk to us the next day. We received the quote a day later and at that time I also looked at their Facebook or maybe their website and saw a fence they built that we really liked. I email them and i get a response within the same day. We of course still have a lot of questions so Robert, the owner, comes out to the house to talk to us. He genuinely seems excited to be putting up the fence we want. He was able to fit us in during the busy holiday season and the fence was up about a week later. His guys were great also. Nice, friendly, professional. They kept us informed, if there was a decision to make they kept us in the loop. We love the way it all turned out. Also, the quote they originally gave us for the wood fence was lower than the other fence company. As much as we wanted to save money on the wood fence we just couldn't pass up the iron fence that we saw. The photos don't do it justice.

Review: A Total Transformation by Zamari Make Ready Rating:…read more I recently purchased a foreclosed property that, frankly, was in rough shape. It needed a lot of love and a massive amount of work to become livable. I hired Zamari Make Ready, and I can honestly say they exceeded every single expectation I had. They are much more than just a "make ready" crew; they are miracle workers. Here is a snapshot of the incredible work they handled: * Interior Refresh: They performed extensive drywall repairs and a full interior paint job that made the house feel brand new. They even replaced all the toilets and swapped out old door knobs, which made a huge difference in the overall feel of the home. * Structural & Exterior Care: They tackled the tough stuff, including repairing cracks in the brickwork and replacing rotted siding. * Outdoor Restoration: Our broken fence was completely replaced, instantly improving our curb appeal and security. * Attention to Detail: They even tracked down and replaced missing tiles, seamlessly matching the existing flooring. Why I Recommend Them What impressed me most wasn't just the quality of the craftsmanship, but their professionalism and efficiency. Taking a foreclosed "project house" and turning it into a home is a stressful process, but Zamari Make Ready made it look easy. They were punctual, communicative, and didn't cut corners. If you have a property that needs a serious overhaul--or just a professional touch to get it market-ready--do yourself a favor and call them. I couldn't be happier with the results!
