I called AZ Quality about my 2002 Porsche Boxster transmission leaking out. George said he knew…read moreexactly what the problem was. I delivered my transmission. A week later he said he fixed it. He asked me then if he could install it. I said yes. He installed it and it still leaked. He pulled it out and said he found the leak and Re-installed it and asked me to come. Car would not start. He handed me a broken oil filler tube and said it was broken. He was lying. I looked at engine. When they put starter back together, they crunched all the air hoses. They pulled off starter and re-positioned air hoses. Some hose got ruined. Another issue they put water in my anti-freeze tank. You don't put water in an antifreeze tank in a Porsche? He did not know how to release the pressure of air in anti-freeze tank and car overheated. I personally had to fix all these issues. Not only that the car still leaked fluid in transmission. George blamed it on the flywheel was bad. I asked him if he tightened bolts per Porsche specs. He said, "It does not Matter". I brought my Porsche after the fact to Porsche. They said tightening bolts to specs on Porsche Automatic Tiptronic Transmission flywheel is one of the most important things. If not, it will still leak. George Masked my issue and did not fix it. Now, I am stuck putting transmission fluid in my Porsche every 2 weeks because it leaks out!

Stay away! Took my truck in for a hard shift with a CEL. They diagnosed as needing to be rebuilt…read moreand said it was a "common problem". When I picked my truck up, I noticed a leak before I drove off. They put it on the lift and fixed the leak. Driving home that night hard shift on the same gears and the same code. Took it back. After a few days they said it's fixed. Two days later same issue. Took it back again and after a few days they returned the truck. This time it was fixed. I finally parked in my driveway way after having it for a couple weeks and noticed it was leaking. Took it back and they didn't have time to look at it. They sent me down to their sister shop and they said it was a gasket leak. It was a small leak and I every time it's in their shop it's 3-4 days. I missed enough work, decided to wait until I needed to service and fix it myself. I found a random 12mm bolt in one hole and my pan was damaged on the lip. No wonder it was leaking. Whatever tech worked on my truck definitely had the " that's the next guys problem" attitude.

Then finance company calls wanting the car. They said they told them I WAS NEVER APPROVED for the loan, now been trying to get ahold of them for 2 weeks no answer on phone, email, left messages. THEY FRAUDULENTLY SOLD ME A VEHICLE, oh then check engine light back on, all they did was turn sensor off. FERNANDO IS THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY SCAMMONG PEOPLE FOR THERE MONEY!!

Five-Star Review for Allstate Transmission…read more Allstate Transmission is exactly what you hope to find in an auto repair shop--family-owned, honest, and fair. We have an early-2000s Ford Thunderbird, a very special vehicle that has been in our family for years. We initially brought it to a large corporate repair shop in Cave Creek and were quoted $3,500-$4,500 for transmission work. That estimate didn't sit right. After doing extensive online research, I reached out to Allstate Transmission and spoke directly with Nicole, an owner. She clearly explained the inspection and repair process, set realistic expectations, and even walked me through a worst-case scenario that came in at just under $2,000. We transported the car to Allstate and were extremely pleased with the transparency of the estimate process and the consistent communication throughout the transmission rebuild. The transmission carries a 12-month / 12,000-mile warranty, and when we picked up the car, it shifted and ran like new--no leaks, no issues. After living in Arizona for two years, it's incredibly reassuring to finally have a shop we can truly trust with our vehicles. Integrity, common sense, and quality workmanship--thank you, Nicole. You run a great shop, and Allstate Transmission comes highly recommended.

I had a terrible experience with AllState Transmission and would not recommend their services. I…read morewas charged extra for storage fees on my car, but when I picked it up, the part they supposedly fixed was still not working properly and my transaxle sign popped up before I even made the car home. When I brought this up, Nicole was extremely unprofessional and told me I was "lucky" they would even fix it without charging me more for the new parts they had to replace on my transmission--despite the fact that the part had failed and should have been properly repaired in the first place. To make matters worse, when I asked for an invoice showing the corrected repairs, they refused to provide one, leaving me without proper documentation for my records. This is completely unacceptable. I paid for a service that was not done correctly, was overcharged, and was then denied basic proof of what was (or wasn't) fixed. I asked for a refund or even a partial refund on the storage fees considering I was charged more than what I was told and for the car having not been completed correctly in the timeline under which I was informed and billed for. Had to leave work multiple times for their mistake but was told I was lucky to have a fixed car, which I am, but some good customer service would have been nice too. I would strongly advise others to take their business elsewhere. A reputable shop should stand by their work, treat customers with respect, and provide clear and accurate invoices. And customer satisfaction is supposedly their 100% priority but Unfortunately, that was not my experience here.

This was my very first review on Yelp, way long before I ever thought of writing any reviews…read more No, and don't be cute, as a fellow Yelper of mine just happen to ask me, if "Eddie Haskell is the owner?". I never have asked Andy why the name, and all I can guess is that it was the previous owner's name back in 1992, hence Haskell Auto. Just don't quote me on that. I have been a customer of Haskell Auto for 29 years now. I started coming here by word of mouth from a work colleague of mine. Andy, and his nephew Stanos, have been taking care of our vehicles for a long time. Sorry Stanos, if I happen to have misspelled your name. The thing about life is that when you come across good people, embrace it. This is who Andy and Stanos are. Not just really good at working on your car but, serious about making sure you are happy with their profession work. I have always appreciated their honesty and concern for maintaining our vehicle. Not only do they help maintain our vehicle but, they also work on other family member's vehicles. If you are in search of a good mechanic, give them a try. For sure they would be most happy to help you your vehicle concerns. I have sat in the waiting area of their place, and this what their comment is, "I bring my vehicle here because I know it's going to get done right". You see, people understand what it means to have integrity with your profession. This is what you will receive here. Hope you read this, and hope some day you see what I mean.
