Chesapeake Hot Yoga is located right off of Kempsville Rd. and since they are located in a plaza, there's plenty of parking which was nice. Our session started at 6:15pm so we all arrived a few minutes prior in order to check in and get set up for our 75 minute session. Once we put our belongings away, we entered the yoga room and it was pretty warm but bearable. The room was large and spacious so we were all able to spread out and have plenty of room to exercise. We brought our own yoga mats but towels were provided and I'm so glad they were. The more movements we made, the more I sweat. I was drenched from head to toe once it was over and my yoga mat was soaked by the end of the session lol. Thankfully, we were given a cold towel that was lavender scented to place on our heads to cool us down and it felt great. Overall, as intense as the warm temperatures were in the room, I would return in a heartbeat. Our instructor, Kali, was absolutely awesome. She was very patient and allowed us to go at our own pace. I love doing yoga and I highly recommend everyone give hot yoga a try, at least once.

This totally explains why they're rarely there and getting an appointment is so easy! My husband said that the massage was awful and the float was so bad he left after ten minutes. So much for a relaxing experience.
